Hello barista neze, I believe that your contribution to the development of human beings else where in the society will be more appropriated than your fine analysis of marriage does and don'ts.
I love how strongly opinionated you are, and I love your analysis of common life events. I appreciate your husband for allowing you voice out your opinions and legal advice on issues that pertains to the male gender without feeling challenged. So many men will feel challenged and terrified by a woman who has such opinions as yours. He indeed is a strong backbone for you, well done to your family❤.
Dear Neze, You are splendid without wigs! You are a Natural African Beauty. Just take a look at how magnetic you look in this podcast and all those in which you were not wearing any of those Awful Wigs! God bless your ancestors and your natural looks. Finally, your podcasts are engaging, informed and priceless. Keep shining!
All on point Neze! I have a thought though, i think in reality one cannot depend on these facts of law to continue fighting or forcing someone to remain with them in a marriage. When a marriage is done it is done. Taking someone to court to force them to remain in marriage with you is something i won't support except for the purpose of a legal divorce. The law upholds the union based on these facts but how will a peaceful coexistence survive? Human beings cannot be forced to stick together. When a man or woman says he/she is done, my sister no law will make him/her remain where he or she is not happy or can tolerate. Here is where i admire the good work done by the family courts. Good Job as always Neze, thanks.

Absolutely correct NEZZY. I actually taught my women about this during our women's week 2 weeks ago. As a legal practitioner, i got to know that women are suffering in the hands of their spouses because they are not privy to the information. Thanks Nezeville for saying it as it is.
My husband married me traditionally, and wedded me in the Catholic church. After seventeen years he abandoned me and the children. He went ahead to marry another woman traditionally as well, and wedded her in court. Now I don't even know where I stand, and I am still bearing his name. What do I do?
I am Ghanaian, an Akan from Kwahu in the Eastern Region. Within the Akan traditional and Customary system, I can marry my uncle's son. Actually my big brother is married to our uncle's daughter. What I have noticed is that in recent years, we see ourselves more as the cousins that we are, and so this practice has lost its relevance. But if I see or hear one, I will not be surprised.
