      1. Constructive Thinking - refers to a set of cognitive productive and counterproductive automatic habitual thoughts that affects one's ability to think in a manner that solves problems
      2. According to the logic that serves you, what do you think about the likes of George Western Cape (Governed by the DA) incident when the buiding collapsed and it was discovered that the workers were undocumented illegal immigrants by a private company ? How do you justify it compared to your F the ANC? Because, I've come to believe that most people who throws in the ANC blame card are often people who lacks constructive thinking. I'll also make a wild guess if not so common nowwadays. You're Caucasian! I'm not an ANC member by the way.

I walked away lock stock and barrel. I don't need to explain any more. I am now a supervisor of a building complex - no money - i am however safe and have some of my sanity back. ( some ) Police to this date have never even tried to respond - even after much consultation and explanation. I realized i am just wasting my life, time and sanity. I'm out for good. By the way 18 more unemployed souls excluding all their dependents.

If Dean Macpherson is serious about stopping the Construction Mafia n Extortion n Building hijackings etc etc then he will have to use the services of private security companies preferably from overseas

Or maybe regulate the construction industry to avoid such as the George collapse in the Western Cape, where only illegal immigrants are employed. Simple logic than ignorantly believing in the West.

The issue have to be holistically investigated, in the private sector for instance not playing the race-card on my site like mining the companies are formed the be middle persons or brokers where we have to deal with when our companies want contracts with these mining companies...

Dean McPherson is skirting the issue. Get to the point and make it explicitly clear that Zuma's 30% rule caused great harm with negligible benefit and must be scrapped with immediate effect. Over a 2 year period, an alternative plan must be developed to include SMME's....anything less is an effort in futility.
