He has always had problems with his speech and he gets sooo much crap thrown at him he has difficulty trying to get out what he wants to say because of that issue but dementia no no. The fact that this report made excessive use of adverbs and adjectives shows the Special Counsel’s bias.
For example , why did the Special Counsel have to use the word ELDERLY in a report about a criminal investigation ? Sounds like ageism , to me.
Worse than adverbs and adjectives showing bias is that they show vulnerable susceptibility to bad writing.
