- After several years, these clothes still fit. In 2019, several women tried on their wedding dresses years after saying “I do.” In 2021, a couple celebrated their 50th anniversary by recreating their wedding photos. In 2022, Kim Kardashian wore the dress Marilyn Monroe wore in 1962 to sing “Happy Birthday” to John F. Kennedy, to the Met Gala. But did she ruin it? Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.
A dress shouldn’t be hard to put on if it fits you correctly. The fact that Kim couldn’t get it over her, but it first should’ve been an indication that that was a bad decision but with the Kardashians they can never go back on what they “say” they’re going to do even if it’s going to result in a huge mistake. Kim will always be shamed for this

Kim devalued the dress. Marilyn Monroe was a true ICON. Not a reality personality famous for her tape and materialistic and Self absorb brand.

Kim Kardashian and the hooters lady should’ve not been on this countdown. Kim did not wear the dress before and it was Marilyn Monroe so technically she didn’t fit in it. She had to wear a coat to cover up that she couldn’t zip it up second the Hooters ladies photo doesn’t match the shirt that she’s currently wearing. It says something totally different on the photo of her wearing the shirt than the one that she’s wearing.
YOu know what the Hooters lady shirt from when she worked at hooters did say Myrtle beach and the one she is currently wearing says Aruba

Kim Kardashian ruined a beautiful dress worn by an amazing woman who is still misrepresented to this day. There was a replica of the dress made with Kim’s measurements that looked like Marilyn Monroe‘s dress and she didn’t wear it for the whole gala. Because of her and her team the dress can’t be repaired.
