You sir are an absolute legend!!! Our alarm started going off about 2 hrs ago due to our lovely upstairs neighbours flooding the detector. The landlord apologised and said no can do till morning. None of the regular methods, like silencing alarm and resetting the system, worked. Read the manual and got the idea that disabling our zone till the engineer comes in the morning should do the trick, but couldn't find the code anywhere. Saved my sanity, our cats nerves and we get to go to work reasonably well rested tomorrow. Thank you!
