آ ج صحیح معنوں میں ایک مکان دیکھا جو" گھر" تھا۔
بہت زبردست !!!
Everybody is talking about house, no doubt it's beautiful, but the ladie herself is decent n there is some aura associated with her unusual personality... n the way she talks, her hair color, every thing abt her is so sophisticated m.A.
It's the Urdu culture....
😇
Yes, you are right.
I also noticed the same thing. She has elegance and royalty in her personality. She may be a professor in college. Regards from India
Yes, she is so graceful ❤
She is shameless hybrid speaker, no grace in that
The way she’s describing each character of house is like she’s telling an interesting story. Whole house is a book that this lady is reading to us.
Whole house is a book she has written herself and is now narrating to us , truly a masterpiece of an earthy person whose in tune with nature. She obviously a down to earth person but has class and sophistication which is reflected in her design , a truly regal lady in more ways than one
I walked by this house just today and was admiring it only to come home to this video! It happened to be up within 40 mins of my walk, crazy
Subhaan Allah! Where is this house?
Its Dha lhr i think
Yes DHA lahore
If you have some internel nd outer pictures of this house pls send me on my account amarpalsinghsurewal@gmail.com
She isn't even wearing any gold ornaments, speaks volumes of how she wants things around and about her be expressing themselves. The simplistic finesse, oh my word! 🥰
Glad I chanced upon this. My mother in law was born in Lahore in 1918. Her father was an assistant Registrar when he married in the early years of the 20th Century. They moved to Jalandhar at some point. They named their house Ashiyana. The architect reminds me of my mum’s dear friend Anees. Loved her presentation and the home she conceptualised, built and maintains.
(Imagine a world where there are no boundaries, no schisms, no hatred, no enmity and let peace flow… John Lennon, dear Architect N, and each one of us can rebuild that fantastic utopia … or am I dreaming😊 )
❤ best wishes to the architect N and her family
Your house has character, like somebody here mentioned, of the 'sub continent'. Loved the thought process behind the whole design...the connect with our roots...the importance of kitchens in our houses....the use of sustainable techniques...like using the mud dug up from basement and the best of all, mindfulness about the sun...awesome !
Finally a house that meant to be a comfortable home. Absolutely so calming and relaxing 🥰
This is extremely similar to the dream house concept I have in mind. Such a well-spoken, knowledgeable lady, I learnt a lot from this.
Hii I am from India and I am absolutely in love with this house. The lady is so graceful with the Greys and overall vibes are so classic and peaceful
Ma’am love ur comments abt the kitchen I totally agree .. “dirty kitchen” grease kitchen “ we r really trying to educate ppl that ur kitchen must b cleanest most hygienic place in the house it feeds ur loved ones ..n why ppl make three kitchen ??!! Even in one kanal house ?.. bhai aik banao use karo n then term “ show Kitchen “ which is most expensive but least used 😩🤦🏻♀️im from a German kitchen company n we feel as being specialist in kitchens that architects are not taught Abt kitchen n don’t care much Abt the design n functionality of a kitchen therefore cannot guide clients properly . Really love ur style very cosy n earthy n genuine n non pretentious waiting for the second part to upload .. Xx
Asifa Malik which German company do you work with
Yes
100 % agreed
Kitchen should be in the centre and be treated as the jewel of the house.
It need not be placed in the far end of the house + .why should it be hidden somewhere ?
I live n work in KSa .
The house we live in is a nice villa designed by a Canadian company some 40 - 45 years ago.
Surprisingly its kitchen is just like Nabeela Nazir ' s kitchen ...in the centre of the house overlooking a patio .The kitchen's lay out is as a partially open concept plan v v convieniently located + keeping in view the local culture and climate needs .
Using this kitchen.... 10 times a day i appreciate the architects foresight n understanding.
..
When i was building my first house in dha ...the architect couldnt get my requirments and i was totaly inexperienced so it turned our just like other houses.
Now for my next ..
My plan is to find out an architect who understands my requirements well and can do justice to the local culture and climate.
Thanks Nabila Nazir

As an amateur architect, i swear she's taking valuable lessons... a very well thought and wisely executed home
A person who prioritizes trees in her house is a good person, so beautiful, so cozy, thank you.
So true! Felt very happy seeing the trees in the home.
this is such Nani ka ghar vibes❤
Very true....feeling warmth ..love n security ..peace
The lady thinks and sees with heart, uses the brain to interpret. An idea very different then the crowd. Using basement clay is yet another way of differentiation
I am from India, I really liked your house. It is asthetically amazing and very comfortable during winter and summer both. I hope many people is going to take ideas from your house. Thanks for showing your lovely house. I wish you all the best ,keep enjoying your house.
Nabeela Nazir ji I am too an architect from India worked on Indian High Commission Chancery and Residential complex at Islamabad
This house of your reminds me of Miss Van Der Rohe that is Less is More
Beautiful details
A tasteful, elegant, practical, well thought out home that blends in with nature and doesn't overrun it. Nabeela ji has described wonderfully the thought process that went into each section of the home. Listening to her is a lesson in how to go about designing a home which makes life comfortable.
A very beautiful peace of intelligence banjaigq team has brought to me ....thank you
This house is located on my everyday run route.
I just wanna say; I'm amazed everyday!
Finally, today I know it inside out.
I absolutely loved the idea of creating the kitchen area as essential for gathering and making it the focal area. I never understood the idea that it’s just shut out, here in the USA our kitchens are a family gathering area and are the focal point of the living area and when I visited Pakistan I found it a bit odd that the kitchens are closed off and basically a place where the housekeeper stays and maintains it. Love your home and it’s beautiful that you incorporate nature into your space. Great design
beside house the lady herself has an attractive, calm, analytical personality .. i would love to listen to her everyday.. her articulation is so good mashaAllah
Mashallah She is a lovely lady.
My brilliant friend and her beautiful house ! 😍
Absolutely love the simplicity, intelligence, and warmth this house emanates.
I'm a tree lover. I constructed a house keeping in view an awesome peepal tree standing in one corner of the house. It was giving shade to the house and was a great help from noise pollution. When I sold that house, the new owner cut that tree. It still hurts to remember, even after ten years.
true, trees can hold the personal attachments with people. good to hear that.
Love your house. It is well-thought, has a cozy feeling and very homely.
Waiting eagerly to see part 2.
sun angles study must be mandatory when building a new house. Outside wall treatment idea is a nice and affordable one
What a masterpiece and love the way she puts so much effort into making her home.
I'm so impressed with the structure , outlook , style and over allarcitechtute of the house .Im also fascinated by old things and this house though has modern facilities but it has our own traditional subcontinent outlook. It's lovely really . Courtyard was a centre point in our culture it's great that you have re-created the.
Modern house banany k chakar me aur colonialism aur British effects ki waja say hum nay apna architecture style chor dia, high roofs and courtyard that suits our environment .
Simply love ur house .👍and a salute to you by keeping our traditions
Mutharma ji very few people vouch the importance of trees your approach is commendable . Thanks 🙏
Loved this video and am so proud of Nabeela’s brilliant architecture design and planning , the knowledge of building bricks , finishing , amazing !
We designed our home and our entrance lobby, tv lounge and kitchen are facing garden. It's always so satisfying to view lawn with lush greens while working in kitchen or hanging out in tv lounge. 😊😊
Who was the architect?
Eagerly waiting for part 2.
Omg. Wat a genius design, eagerly waiting for a 2nd part
True
Still can't find the second part

Such a calm vibe. Desperately waiting for part 2

Bht bht bht bht bht hi bht pyara ghr hai, ajkal k modern styled ghr bht congested hoty Hain, ma'am n space ko Jo utilize Kia hai, wow, hats off.
🇵🇰❤️🔥
Zabardast! Had such a warm feeling watching her describe the house.
Wow we are in a process of making our own house inshallah. And the only thing that I told my husband is that I hate there modern, tiles , too much of artificial light kind of houses. I need a varanda, balcony and sehen with trees around the house. Only wood or bricks no paints or tiles. And I was searching for something on the Internet and i found you❤ lovely house ❤
Apart from informative, very nicely presented...... Its good to see young people making such efforts to promote their interests..... May be purane logoun ne achay ghr bnayay houn but sharing these via social media is the NEW THING. Of course, l LIKED this vlog!
So much learning in one piece of video. Thankyou so much!
Love yr house Nabella, especially about accommodating the trees ….and yr courtyard ❤️❤️
MashaAllah lovely house with a modern old-world charm. Such a well thought out plan
2-5% fine rice husk can be added in lime putty white wash to make it stronger since husk is fibre which binds the lime wash n gives it more strength to bear the extern weather vagaries over decades to come.
fabalous video glad it came through on my feed.
In future if i want somebody to build me a house now i know who's the ultimate boss in that
Love it.. how wonderfully explained 💗and so full of warmth..🌸
MashaAllah, house speaks ,,about people who lives in .. she herself is a depiction of her peaceful and simple house . May Allah make her happy here and after .
The whole vibe is so cozy and old fashioned, i like it!
It's truly amazing. Nabeela why are people like you kept as hidden jewels. I'm truly impressed, I wish more people and architects start creating such liveable homes, which are beautiful, with privacy and lovely plantation. Too good utilisation of one kanal space. A combination of our traditional SEHAN concept which goes with our traditions, our climate and environment, but modernised. You truly are a trend setter. Rather than copying western architecture which dosnt go with our climate and even our family terms. Salute to you for creating a master piece home and sharing it with us
very well said Zunaira, That's why Banjaiga came into existence to find these gems and show to the world.
I must say amazing design.. Hats off to madam Nabeela... what a design... it touches heart. give some old classic feeling.. its lost thing in current modern design... Looking for this design since long..... for sure will go with madam for my 1 kanal house design. bravo . !!!!
This home reminded me of the old days, I remember our Phupoo lived on some main road in Lahore, this home had that feel. I love it. Beautiful
Mashahallah such earthy feel.. loved it. So organic. ❤️
Really appreciate the value for trees and red plaster finish idea. More durable and attractive. Good job with the house, MashAllah
Thanks for sharing valuable home video and i have learnt a lot from all your valuable inputs given to your home like considering Four seasons and varanda.
Excellent architectural commentary and insights. Please keep it up and also talk about mid century modern design concepts in Pakistan
Very impressed by concept as the home is ought to be in absolute sync with desired dreams & functional for the one who lives in & not necessarily everyone else. Whereabout in Lahore, worth having pilgrimage.. Keep discovering. Sarfaraz A Sheikh. Many thanks.
Woooow... what a lady she is and the way she is telling the details i am sure, she has her heart in her house..
Pay my respect to her and lot of love as well.. :)
Fantabulous.
I have a question. Most of the people are living in 5-7-10 Marla homes, obviously economic reasons, so can such aesthetics be brought to small of piece of lands.?
There’s only one answer - we can do that smartly!
Aoa....mam how can I contact you immediately plez .....
Plez guid me
There is a feeling homeliness in this residence which you find missing in the modern houses. I loved your thought process.
Mashallah- a true home not just a house

Extremely love each and every part of this house
I am studying introvert houses for a while now , i think morrocan houses are the best , they really know how to build court yards
Hi Nabila dear
The simplicity yet elegant structure of this house is beautiful
It’s like a rose
Brings happiness just by being
Soo much character like the lady who stays there
Omw what a a little treasure

Such a beautiful and breathable home you have created!
Beautiful.
Best wishes for you to enjoy this home in one of the best cities in world.
I am making 36 squares Single story house on a 2K block in Australia. Facing north as we are down under. Keeping big front yard & backyard and InshaAllah at least 6 trees in it.
Kitchen is also the heart of our house as yours.
A sehan, few trees and living in Lahore. Amazing.
Love the concept, the sehan and no paint logic, loved the idea
Beautifully designed house, love your courtyard!
The house is such an architectural delight design wise. Loved your home absolutely. The lounge in the kitchen reminds me of our old home kitchen where most of the addas would take place. Awesome.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love the way you collaborate nature in your design. We all need nature it is healing a flash of green is mercy for the health.
Where i live its full of nature but when i buy a house in Pakistan i know where to go
This beautiful home has simple elegance and seems to have a very peaceful atmosphere...Ma'am seems to be a peaceful person and has simple elegance too
Beautifully designed and managed and above all, beautifully explained.
An excellent house , very touchy and realistic detailing, you said exactly the same as being said by Perveen shakir sahiba, she was also very concerned and had very deep concerns with the trees covered with sparrows and their chirping sounds, that depict the inner concern and the true inside of a person, its a great vlog and a very good presentation, reality has been discussed, I can feel and recognized the sense of humor and the deepest concern of the ownership. today we make houses for selling ,not for living , I hope it is very encouraging that people are still there who knows the values of old traditions .All the best , keep it up......
Wow! To think I commented two years ago and am back today to see this beautiful design
The house is very beautiful, but the lady is also charming, competent and beautiful, in one word, she has class. The result is a perfectly worked out house, which rayonates harmony.
It blee my mind. I didn't know it was possible in one kanal. Loved it.
glad you liked it
You are an amazing woman, how you gave your home a character is so respectful ❤
Thanks for the share.
I'm loving your bilingual communication in such a pure and sweet way🤩🤩
Maasha-allah her house is beautiful. I enjoyed her conversation more than the structure of her house even though it was a beautiful house. I wish I would make such a house here in India.
Masha Allah intelligently designed house, Allah SWT naseeb kry.
The idea of sustainable house is very important in Pakistan which builders don’t want .. i love to meet her in person
Highly impressed by the architectural knowledge of the lady mam you must take online courses . I always thought that this eco friendly work is done in India due to their hold on social media but Mam you made us proud
Amazing vision and use of space, too good
personal curation has its own flavor. beautiful house! Truly impressive.
It really is!
Love the courtyard and internally opening windows . Private and spot on
Listening to "Build a Home" by Cinematic Orchestra while watching this elegant lady describe her masterpiece of a house. I'm broke filhaal, but whenever I muster the strength and discipline to earn enough money to build my own house, I'll make it just like this one.
When I start watching this video....ohhh I surprised that she has such a great resembling with mohtarma Fatima Jinnah ... specially her hair style her elegance......no doubt house is very beautiful but she is herself very pleasant...
A graceful house of a graceful lady. Hats off to your achievement Ma'am.
This is such a beautiful series...paasion love art.....watching beside sea in bombay ....just opposite .....sea link bridge......indian arcitecture mesmerises you....
Very refreshing video, thought behind the construction really commendable. Courtyard, Kitchen alley, plantation all positioned Perfectly. Wishes you and your family healthy and blessed stay. ❤
