good video. something important to add is that wages are generally higher in Austin. Yes cost of living is higher but people often forget to mention wages are also higher. Median salary in SA is 56k per year in Austin it is about 75k. Its not just the tech jobs that pay more i noticed jobs in other industries pay more in Austin too. In local trucking most jobs that pay 20 per hours in san antonio pay about 28 per hours in Austin. Most ently level security jobs pay 15 in SA 18 in Austin.

Thanks for watching and for your feedback! That is certainly true. I've noticed it's also nice with all of the remote work people are able to take advantage of now. For example, many people living in Texas cities, but working for out-of-state companies that pay even higher wages. It's the best of both worlds.

San Antonio traffic is not much better. Swear there is construction everywhere and never see those guys working. Not a lot of recreational stuff in San Antonio. All there is to do is eat and drink. Don’t get me wrong, food in SanAntonio is top notch, but that also explains all the big people. If you have the money I would go to Austin or surrounding city. If not SA is cheaper. Both have alot of jobs. Can make a real honest living doing construction. I have made a decent career out of it. Also planning my escape haha

San Antonio is a great city! I’m especially impressed by all of the new development around downtown and many of the local spots. So glad you found the right area for you!

No crocodiles or alligators to worry about. The bugs are the bugs, but you'll ge use to them. Either city is a nice place to be

What's interesting is that many of the elected officials in San Antonio aren't much different than the City of Austin...

She doesn't even register on the "freak scale" compared to some of the real lunatics in Autism. She actually looks respectable compared to most of them in my opinion.
