Passover (Pesach) Komish Recipe

Our famous & delicious chocolate chip - almond komish/mandelbrot (Jewish biscotti).
Komish, also known as ‘mandelbrot’ are a traditional twice baked cookie. This recipe calls for chocolate chips and almonds but other nuts and dried fruit also work beautifully.

I am sorry but there is no leavening in Passover foods. Baking powder is forbidden in the bible during Passover.

You are incorrect. The prohibition in the Tanach is regarding chametz which is specifically the five grains (wheat, spelt, oats, barley, and rye). There is no issue with using products such as kosher for Passover baking powder.
