Annie Balliro is the CEO founder of Uniphigood. She worked with the Hard Rock International as the Head of Philanthropy, Artist Relations & Memorabilia. In addition, to the Hard Rock International she has worked at Island Def Jam. Along the way Annie has built relationships with artists like Willie Nelson & Family, Ringo Starr, Lionel Richie, Yoko Ono, Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, & Melissa Etheridge.
Uniphigood now manages over 30 astronauts. She’s literally taken management to space. She also manages Toad the Wet Sprocket amongst others.

Joel you should feature Lovebites' 2021 performance of 'A Frozen Serenade' for some of you guests, I think it's a great encapsulation on their broad range of talents.
I was lucky enough to see them on both UK gigs VIP and meet them for photo and a little chat , the gig blew my expectations out of the water , best time of my life ( well one of them ) in 45 years of going to gigs. They are the most talented humble down to earth band you could ever meet and of cause beautiful . I got a Midori pick too :) . The wolf pack goes from strength to strength..

During the World Tour, LOVEBITES will perform in Korea:
- On August 10, 2024, LOVEBITES will perform at the 'Jeonju Ultimate Music Festival' (Jeonju, Korea)
- On August 11, 2024, LOVEBITES will perform as co-headliners along with symphonic metal band XANDRIA (Germany) in Seoul (Korea)
The singer Asami is 4'11 (1.48 m) and feels like 6'11, in particular in this song. Its a group of small women but they feel like giants, like huge Greek goddesses.
You only realize how tiny they are when you have a point of comparison, because they don't LOOK tiny otherwise. But, even when you're used to japanese people, it's always surprising when you meet them for the first time, because in you mind they're stage giants (and they actually are!).
@@realdocloco The Lovebites girls are smaller than usual. I think I have heard that a typical female height in Japan is 5'2. Miyako and Fami are 5'2. The rest are 4'9, 4'10 and 4'11, which all then are below 1.5 m. The shortest is Haruna with 1.45 m. Actually, the previous bass also was below 5'.

Ooh, so t's not a band called Astronaut... very cool reaction and interview!
Astronauts are very sophisticated and passionate people. I once attended a talk by Andre Kuipers who worked at the ISS, he and your lady guest have much the same energy. Fun fact, the ISS is only 400km above earth so it's an almost 180 degree panorama view of Earth - imagine waking up to that every day...
Having seen them live in London last week, I can confirm the hype is real.

They are listened not only by metalheads. Ladies came out of their metal genre and have wider spectrum of fans.
They play Eclectic Metal. It means they blend as the first band in history all kind of metal mainly power and thrash with NWOBHM,
heavy metal, symphonic metal, speed metal,hair metal, hard rock, rock, rock'n'roll, jazz, progressive pieces, funk and even punk. They mix all with classical music using operatic, R&B, soul and gospel skills of vocalist and grand piano and Spanish guitar skills playing. Sometimes they use typical Japanese melodic lines which are included in ENKAs_ melancholy ballads singing by Japanese women. Only their can do it. Obviously they draw a lot from British, German and American metal. All this makes their style unique.

Awesome musicicanship, but wish Asami would stop dragging those last notes out so long. She was perfect... up until the last second when her voice broke. She'd been doing that a lot since they came off hiatus. Don't think it's good for her voice, either. Hoping it just was a sign of rust and fatigue, but they also tour a lot less than most other bands, (life happens, not a criticism), so could be hard to stay in "play shape" like they did before the pandemic.
Ahhhh ... so it will be a surprise who is the last one. Personally I hope it is BAND-MAID, Nemophila or Hanabie of course. We will see.
Ah, it was Ado. She is good. Not my favorite choice, but not a bad choice.
What is an astronaut manager, what do they do? Doing peptalk to astronauts or find them the right company to get them into space? I truly don't know!
