the 1st one that they sent me, the connection is not that stable when you wear the L&R adapter. The replacement that they sent is the same. You will be annoyed if you use it in a conversation
Zpolt is there any connection issues or any errors to the az09 after you've had them for a while? Mine just arrived and seeing if they'll eventually go bad or not.

Tip: tap the button 3 times to activate high performance mode to listen high quality audio. been using this for a month now and i must say its the same quality using wired, im pairing it with my kz zsn pro. it last about 8hrs straight and the box can charge 2-3 times which make it last about 20-24 hrs of usage
I bought these as soon as they were announced. I loved the sound, but quickly had connection issues . KZ sent me an "updated" version, and it's been smooth sailing ever since. What a value!
KZ finally done it Although I guess this module is similar to KZE10, the first TWS from KZ They're good, but I think KZ is still Experimenting... Hopefully we'll get a better "Pro" version soon
I initially purchased the AZ09 Pro. I was sattisfied with the sound quality etc... I decided to get the AZ09 as a second pair for working out and treating it without much care... I don't know how other options in the same price range fair, however the AZ09 have a very high noise floor for my taste... I like to listen to music in medium volumes. I also like songs that have dramatic pauses... Listening to a constant hiss is NOT ideal. I got the AZ09 for around 18€. The AZ09 Pro costed 36€. Were they worth it? IMHO yes. They have 5-6 times less noise (what I can notice at least), that's close to no noise, much better battery life and are arguably prettier. They have weirder sound effects tho... Anyways, if quality is your priority (since you are looking into these options, I'm guessing it is), skip the AZ09 and please go for the AZ09 Pro. All in all this noise problem is a little stupid... I have a Fiio BTR3 Bluetooth receiver. It has independent volume control for the bluetooth unit (not the volume of the device sending the audio). If the BTR3 is on full volume, it has some noise. Similar or just a tad higher than the AZ09 Pro. If I lower the volume of the BTR3 the noise reduces accordingly. When at 50% volume, there is no noise at all. Much better than even the AZ09 Pro. So why doesn't KZ give us the option to lower the output of the unit? Why does the noise remain the same even when in high performance mode? Is it possible to have such control through software (an app on our phone that intructs the unit to reduce the output)? Maybe... But we'll never get these things, because the AZ09 is a cheap unit :) It might be easy or it mught be hard for these things to be done. What's certain is that it's better for sales if the AZ09 Pro has such a lower noise floor. Now I just thin to myself... What is the noise floor of other similarly priced options... If anyone is kind enough to reply...
I have those and a pair of zax and one of dq6 and I noticed that with the zax I was loosing a lot of high end and clarity and the bass sounded boosted and unnatural, so I wasn't able to use them with the zax, the dq6 was different because the sharper v spectrum was balancing the loss of high frequencies and the sound experience was better. I would suggest to use them with less analitical items, these are still my opinions and I am not an expert whatsoever so take these with a grain of salt. Quality over price 10/10 still
Bluetooth connectivity sucks, keeps getting cut off for a second, i thought it was not that bad, but its bad bro, please make it clear on your review next time, i bought it because of your review
High performance mode decreases the latency Incase you are gaming so your gaming audio is not delayed. Change your Bluetooth codec from sbc to aac. Aac has a better data transmission rate and sounds better. Should have no complications. Overall this product is on par with kz products it works fantastic for the cheap price they ask. It has more like 8 full charges on board and sound quality is good if close to the device. I use mine with a pair of KZ ZAX. I recommend the product for these IEMs atleast. Overall a solid products it's kinda quiet in sbc mode but in aac Bluetooth codec the volume is so loud I use about half volume typically.
hey, how is the latency for gaming? is it at all noticeable? and did you try it on android as well? Also, does the aac option not show up in the bluetooth settings? and does it have better latency? I thought AAC ony had better quality. please let me know if you can, would be much appreciated, thanks.
@@EpicBunty I only use it on Android. I typically use one a time because they're a good option when I'm around my wife. I wouldn't say I've noticed any sort of delay or latency issues. I cannot really even tell the difference between 80ms normal mode and 40ms high performance mode. I have not really used them for gaming but my KZ ZAX 8 driver IEMS are phenomenal for sound quality so I would imagine they'll be alright. If I am gaming I use fully wired HIFIMAN HE-X4 planar dynamic headphones as there is no latency and the audio is more naturally. Regardless for only $30 you can't go wrong. You'd have a very hard time finding anything even on par with the AZ09 for the price range. If you want no latency gaming get a 3.5mm wired set unless wireless is important for you. Like I said 40ms is hardly any delay and you would probably only ever experience issue if online and I doubt you would even then. Worth the money. As for swapping to AAC I can do it in my Bluetooth settings for the AZ09. My old phone I had to go into developer options and change the Bluetooth codec that way.

I bought these as a quick replacement to my UTWS3 and my wife (somehow) lost one of them. So that I could use them will other .78 iems besides the KZeds I modded them by cutting off the plastic surrounding the 2 contact prongs. Work great on all my compatible IEMs now.
Hello I've been researching bluetooth adapters for the KZ ZSN Pro X that I will be buying but the options out there are really janky I wanted this kind of adapter but the bad reviews on this product and as well as other bluetooth adapters are really high that I feel like I'm just gonna be wasting my money. So I've looked at bluetooth receivers and ther are really expensive and over my budget. I did found one in Lazada that's quite cheap the Ugreen Bluetooth 5.0 receiver for php800. Was wondering if anyone had any experience with this and what's it like. Thank you.
For BLON BL03 users, you can cut off the acrylic surrounding the connector so you can use it with the BL03. For IEMs with recessed ports though you can't use this.
I was thinking the same thing. I first got their cheap bt adapter and I thought the noise was pretty annoying. Then I got their tws z1 pro and turns out they have noise too. I also have the cheap trn bt modules and they have a low noise floor. However I hate how the volume works on the trn modules so I don't use them nowadays

Same here! I got the KZ aptx hd but I'm not happy with them. My gripes, from worst to least: mic quality - a deal breaker for me, loud noise - really annoying when talking or listening to voice, but completely usable for music, kinda bad earhook design - could probably be fixed with DIY.

hey i have a question? they do not sync both pairs my phone only get one pair to sync it's either left or right not both? how's that badly need an answer because in my experience of using it no problem then after long usage I encountered that problem that they cannot work both pairs in my phone
was it really rated sweat resistant? mine didnt last regards the home work out and hourly calisthenic, sweat seems to ruin the copper charging contact of the adapters. opened it and learned the parts are badly soldered lightly regards its scale.
Hi guys! any of you had an issue where the "Right BT Adapter" is connecting even syncing to the L BT Adapter? Also, there is this dim Red light that frequently appears and will not turn the "Right BT Adapter"... I have tried Resseting Both Adapters and will still not connect. I also tried to connect only the Right Adapter but AZ09 will not show on the Available Bluetooth Devices lists on any Phone. I hope someone was able to fix this.

I'm planning to buy this kinda soon because I've bought like two or three sets of IEMs and two of them had broken earbuds and I use their wires as spares for my third one, but now, all of my wires have one side broken. I've bought KZ EDX Pro before and also bought QKZ AK6 and their wires still work if I pair them to each other's wires. But in this case, does this work on other IEMs from other brands (like QKZ AK6) or does this only work with products from KZ? I don't want to spend 20+ dollars for it only for me to still need to buy another KZ IEM. I hope someone can answer my question.

Im still using the stock cable that came with the KZ ZSN as the jack is kinda broken now and I was planning to buy either the old Bluetooth adapter and the Type-C cable but the the latter seems it is phased out now(at least in Lazada or Shopee) until I found out the AZ09. Is there any difference in sound quality if I upgrade to the AZ09?
I have the ssr and it doesn't fit kinda disappointed so either u can grind down the plastic or return it. Currently I have it tapped up but it get disconnected alot cuz it doesn't fit well

I have the aptx Bluetooth cable thingy how does it compare too that I don't like the fit of that one it pushes my ear piece out of my ear constantly but I'm fine with the sound so how does it compare too that one
@@Rorensuwl8 Yes. I am using them with a set of BA5. But they aren't perfect. Volume is LOUD. I needed to turn my volume down to 10-15%. I do get a random drop out infrequently. But I am still happy with the purchase. They work better than any other TWS that I tried and I get to choose my IEMs.

@@kakanic sure. Like how you can't use qdc with some 2 pin or 2 pin with mmcx. This is just a tip to be able to use this with BL03.
KZ need to work on their noise floor in these adapters. I just can't stand the hiss.

The noise floor on this adapter is much better though compared to their previous Bluetooth adapters.

hey i have a question? they do not sync both pairs my phone only get one pair to sync it's either left or right not both? how's that badly need an answer because in my experience of using it no problem then after long usage I encountered that problem that they cannot work both pairs in my phone
was it really rated sweat resistant? mine didnt last regards the home work out and hourly calisthenic, sweat seems to ruin the copper charging contact of the adapters. opened it and learned the parts are badly soldered lightly regards its scale.

Hi guys! any of you had an issue where the "Right BT Adapter" is connecting even syncing to the L BT Adapter? Also, there is this dim Red light that frequently appears and will not turn the "Right BT Adapter"... I have tried Resseting Both Adapters and will still not connect. I also tried to connect only the Right Adapter but AZ09 will not show on the Available Bluetooth Devices lists on any Phone. I hope someone was able to fix this.

I'm planning to buy this kinda soon because I've bought like two or three sets of IEMs and two of them had broken earbuds and I use their wires as spares for my third one, but now, all of my wires have one side broken. I've bought KZ EDX Pro before and also bought QKZ AK6 and their wires still work if I pair them to each other's wires.
But in this case, does this work on other IEMs from other brands (like QKZ AK6) or does this only work with products from KZ? I don't want to spend 20+ dollars for it only for me to still need to buy another KZ IEM. I hope someone can answer my question.

Itll fit yes. There are newer kz/cca you can check like the ZAS, CKX.
Im still using the stock cable that came with the KZ ZSN as the jack is kinda broken now and I was planning to buy either the old Bluetooth adapter and the Type-C cable but the the latter seems it is phased out now(at least in Lazada or Shopee) until I found out the AZ09. Is there any difference in sound quality if I upgrade to the AZ09?

I have the ssr and it doesn't fit kinda disappointed so either u can grind down the plastic or return it. Currently I have it tapped up but it get disconnected alot cuz it doesn't fit well

@@Rorensuwl8 Yes. I am using them with a set of BA5. But they aren't perfect. Volume is LOUD. I needed to turn my volume down to 10-15%. I do get a random drop out infrequently. But I am still happy with the purchase. They work better than any other TWS that I tried and I get to choose my IEMs.
