I am 38 and my skin is pretty "normal" with no dryness or particular oily areas. I do have early signs of aging like fine lines/texture, as well as some sun damage and REDNESS!
I don't use fake tan, but I get very tan naturally in the summer as I have an olive undertone so my face is often a LOT lighter than my body, because I keep my face very well protected to keep my melasma under control and signs of aging at bay!

MAC is always a bit difficult as they consider the cool and warm colours opposite to other brands. Easiest way to remember this is: NW = not warm and NC = not cool.

Charlotte, I have to tell you that I laughed before you began the video. A commercial came on advertising “Parliament, an immersive experience” then you followed with a pregnant pause. It was almost like you knew what the preceding commercial would be and you weren’t impressed. 😂🤣😂
The Lisa Eldridge liners are so good!!! I put a new one on today the second it arrived; then went off and played netball a few hours later, it rained a bit, then I had a shower and there was STILL some on the lids. LISA IS AMAZING. I have oily lids. I’m so happy. PS: gold was in stock at Selfridges !
My favorite product from September is the Cle de Peau eyeshadow quad. I picked up a color that no one was really showing but is perfect for me, Warm Ocean Sunset. Lovely!

I just ordered two of the LE eyeliners and can’t wait to try them. I tried the Guerlain fragrance at Neiman Marcus and it’s beautiful! Thanks for all of your wonderful recommendations.

I purchased a sample of Tobacco Honey and it is absolute perfection…..it is full bottle worthy for sure….I agree that is not as sweet as Angel’s share…❤️❤️❤️

As a footnote, I watched Harley and Katya on Sunday night. Oh my........ a sad, sad ending to what could have been. So much talent and promise which wasn't truly fulfilled. It made me cry and feel angry in equal measure.

I was new to makeup and bought major and indie brands. I spent a lot but I did find what brands and products bring me joy. As a more mature woman , Dior eyeshadow is very flattering on me, I love it. What I wear to work is Kaleidoscope Cold Brew quad because it’s neutral and easy. Pat McGrath Skin Fetish Sublime foundation is worth every penny to me. PMG blush palettes! Lancôme Lash Idol, kaleidoscope eye primer, Valentino Brow Trio, Maybelline Super Stay Matte liquid lipstick.. I love them !! Makeup became fun again 🙏 Great video and thank you.

I think the lights are a gentle highlight and they work perfectly.
Eye pencils by LE didn't work for me, irritated my eyes but my eyes are sensitive. Loving the background and the gurlein perfume is on my Xmas wish list.
I noticed the colour in the background immediately. Lovely without taking over. Love your look in this video. My favourite new product in September was the under eye powder from Pat McGrath - obvs because of you 😊

I have a sample and absolutely love it, but this one will have to wait and be a birthday/Christmas present (I have a late December birthday, so…). I’ve ordered the Lancôme palette and the lipstick, and I can’t wait to try the green in it. The RMS highlighter looks soft and beautiful. Hoping to win the big PowerBall lottery tonight so I can support my makeup habit, plus, you know, pay some bills 😂😂

Love your eye look today Charlotte! I couldn’t resist that Lancôme palette! Just got it in the mail and have only swatched them but boy is it pretty! But I have to say it is huge! I would be been happy if it was half the size. I’m not a powder highlighter gal so I will use the highlighter on the eyes as well. Hard to believe they got all those light colors to be so different from one another. I can wait to play with it! I got the CT eye palette as well but after seeing a bunch of reviews I may send it back. Have not even opened it yet but really unsure about it. The packaging is sucking me in though.

I just got the lancome louvre palette that i ordered immediately after watching your video and i don’t know if my palette is something different but i don’t think my shadows are as silky to touch as you might have yours. I really like them but i think there are much silkier and softer formulas I’ve experienced than this
I already had the Victoria Beckham eye pencils that I love and I find the ones from Lisa Eldridge are very similar (although only tried one, the one I bought online). I got the dark golden (Renaissance Gold) and it's gorgeous!! No wonder it is sold out

Do the LE pencils really last on the lid? I've seen some reviews that say the opposite. I'm surprised that they look exactly like the ones from VB Beauty. Their packaging looks a bit more luxurious but still very similar. And the colours are also with maybe one exception nearly the same. I like Lisa Eldridge, but if we are honest, it looks very much like a copy.
I still would like to try it because of easy application on the eyelid
Hi, there are really mixed reviews on LE pencils. I ordered gold before any of those. I find it wears well, if I follow Lisas advise and let it sit about 40sec. Usually I put the pencil and then mascara, so it has time to set. Some people put it on and open their eyes wide open at that second and murmur it smuts. I have the gold shade and it work well on my vintage lids. I use Guerlain primer always. EL pencils are really soft, that I like. I think I will order color coffee too. It will replace my current hard browns. I hope this helps🌸
After my holiday I created a very healthy look with a Charlotte Tilbury Palette called Look of love and combined it with the new Guerlain Terracotta blush bronzer. I want to wear it as long as I have a tan left.
I can t wait to try the Louvre palette, i bought it for my own birthday which is next month!!
Right after I watched your video about the louvre palette I got a 20% coupon from Ulta(which actually worked on luxury items!!), I am always scared to order palettes from them bc they don’t always package things the most secure but I couldn’t resist and I had points to use too!! I was afraid it would sell out and am trying to convince myself to save it for Christmas 😂❤🤷🏼♀️

I of course peeped to make sure it was in perfect condition and then tucked it safely away😬🫣 try not to think about it😂😂 we’ll see how long my willpower lasts!! Aw i glad you liked tobacco honey i dont like the note of honey i didnt care for the smell but it also is more masculine in my opinion sadly it didnt work because the longevity is amazing. I purchased the new CT eyeshadow and cant wait for it to arrive
What are your thoughts about the Haus Labs concealer in comparison to the Natasha Denona concealer?

This past month I bought my first Pat McGrath items, 2 blushes, 2 bronzers and the under eye powder, no news here, LOVE THEM!!!! I've been waiting on your opinion of the Haus Labs concealer after more use---do you think it will work on a 60 year old, balanced skin, under eye showing more signs of moveable skin LOL. BTW, that lip color on you is stunning!!! See ya soon!

I’ve ordered Charlotte Tilbury’s palette and a blush duo as soon as it became available on the app. It arrived last Friday with the blush duo smashed completely with not enough powder left to even repress it. And a palette had 4 shades damaged as well. I was so unhappy. This was the third time it happened (the previous two were the face palettes about 2 years ago). It took me days to deal with the customer support, I think they are replacing it, but I didn’t get any tracking numbers or notifications of the shipment. I did tried the palette though and it’s beautiful. I hope I’ll get it in one piece soonish.

Hi Charlotte I usually use you as my foundation shade reference and in Mac serum foundation I have picked up NC27 and it’s perfect and looks glorious ❤ I’m loving it as it’s so glowy and hydrating on the skin 😊

Couldn’t make the rms highlighter work for me. Was too shimmery and I was looking for melt into the skin glow. Even discounted heavily with a free brush, I wanted so so much to love it but it reminded me of the older highlighters that emphasized texture
i watched the netflix doc harley&katya i'm so glad i watched your video as doing so it made me watch with a different perspective of behind the sceans 2 other friends have watched your vudeo and then the doc and both agreed xx

The LE lines feel just like Victoria Beckham to me
I wish that MAC did neutral shades of foundation and concealer. On my skin tone, on one end of the shades, the product will look too yellow on me, and on the other end it will be too red-orange or pink. I have to add blue to make the shades match me better, but I dislike having to alter the product to fit me decently.
