I bought two of these today, both twin size in dark Blue. They are supposed to be identical and they are on one end, the end without the raised pillow. On the end with the pump, one has the pump and it will not work, I used a leaf blower to pump it up from the other end, And one has no pump at all. It was made without a pump at all, I am serious, it's just not there, not even a spout. so what is the deal? I have them both full now, i am leaving them pumped up tonight to see if they leak at all. I have company coming and these were to be able to have a place for the two children to sleep.
julie pezzolesi There is a plastic sheet inside the air pump. Normally the sheet will block the air to go outside and keep the air pump in. But sometime we pump to hush , the sheet will be blow up then it can't keep the air inside. At this moment, you just push the sheet back to the pump. Then you can pump the air bed. You can try next time.
I was doing it wrong, now I realise that I was wearing the wrong socks.

Finally got it to work. Taking out the foot pump valve was counter-intuitive, but it worked! Thanks!

+Mitchell Grice You can use your foot step on the pump, but be aware of not blocking the air hole which air blowing in.

It’s shown in the video that there is another plug that you just remove and then sit on the mattress to squeeze the air out. It just worked for me.
