So it gone from givibg a grazing touch to an Opel Manta that run pretty close, to getting the tip of your fingers hacked by the air intake of a Peugeot 205 that whipped too close to the public at nearly 100km/h.
And in the isle of men there are multible deaths in just a few years, meanwhile in the european alps, dozen of climbers died and no one is shocked but "Just" fingers in Cars...
Group B Rally racing in the 80’s was something else. The fine line between a new lap record and taking out 30 people on every turn. The fierce competition between auto makes, some of the best drivers came out of that era as well. Absolutely amazing
Hell yes!! The 80's had some of the coolest cars! The fox body, the front engine Porsche's 924S/944S/928S , the rx-7, the older escorts, the sweet Doug Nash Corvette just to name a few! Not to mention that the 1980s was the year of the turbos since computers were getting better and fuel injection was starting to make its introduction. Even the motorcycles were pretty sweet! Not as good as some of the early 1970s two-strokes like the Yammie Daytona RD400 and the H1 500/H2 750 "Widowmaker, also liked the suzuki water buffalo! The 1980's had its fair share of Kick-Ass bikes too, like the Honda F1 Hurricane and the GPZ models to name a few! Sorry... I love 1980's cars and bikes! Truly the precipice of modern-day engineering. It was before everything started to get super gay and the late 90s and was "Nerfed" so fast cars were safer. Hell now a days MotoGP is boring ASF to watch bc those bikes basically ride themselves with how many computers are crammed into those suckers. You can literally floor it... Or "twist it" I suppose and the bike won't even pop a wheelie or lose traction to the rear tire because it's all computer controlled "fly by wire" garage! This is the exact reason why I will never own anything newer than a mid-1990s vehicle.... And that's even pushing it for me. I'd like something that I can actually work on... That doesn't involve me learning how to freaking code on a complex computer! Give me an engine with a good old-fashioned carburetor and a CDI ignition box and I'm as happy as a hog on holiday!

Thanks for reminding me. Also, rip to Ken Block.
@@8oliverraymondI DODNT KNOW Ken Block died, that’s unbelievably sad, wasn’t his biggest fan but non the less the guy was an icon.
Group B Rally racing in the 80’s was something else. The fine line between a new lap record and taking out 30 people on every turn. The fierce competition between auto makes, some of the best drivers came out of that era as well. Absolutely amazing
Unfortunately we're now into an era of suvs and crossovers 😭😭
This recording is neither from group b nor from the 80's though
That is not Group B, and a Legend Colin McRae have competed in the 90`s
