I am a proud parent of Bass player no 4 . I always tell him put GOD first in all that you do. Don’t debate with anyone about the Marching 100. Let your drum do your talking. ❤
so many hating on famu, it’s sad that everyone is so close minded and thinks swac style is the only good thing to exist. i love swac but a balanced sound like famu is also just as good if not better
. That sounds more like a description of Southern. FAMU brings a balance that bands are supposed to have. Most of the others sound like a bunch of kazoos blowing at a birthday party. If it wasn't for Doc Foster and FAMU, HBCU band would just be an afterthought just like PWI bands. Heck most of y'all still use the seating arrangements He created.

Power was all up and through there from FAMU! ASU was thin and weak. Even your fans said so.

Where your knowledge of musicianship, please. This sound is classical.
