how do you get the dang spray bottle open -- NO INDICATION the was a device specific product. RIP OFF. FAIL. Who knows if it is any good if you can't get it out of the bottle.

Sprayer is not cooperating. Rinsed several times and no ho. What next?
I tried everything you suggested and my mop is still clogged. Can I get a replacement nozzle?
I used pure vinegar. worked after hour.
