    The Olympic games!
    They just happened a week ago and I wanna talk about it now (cus making animated videos is a headache), because I have some revolutionary ideas that will make them 100x better (or make em 100x worse, you decide)
    Enjoy.

    Which Olympic event do you think is the worst? I'll get training in it and win a gold medal in 2028.
    Also I didn't vanished, just had a lil extended vacation.
    Aiming for 2 more videos in August. Enjoy.

    dude, the olympics have ALWAYS been about genetics. ALWAYSSS, it's literally who can do the best in the entire world, having genetics not play a role is absolutely stupid and not realistic. which is why that imane debate was irritating, its her literal genes and training that made her become the best, just like every athlete ever

    • @jh3328
      @jh3328 16 дней назад +8

      *the olympics have always been separated by sex because of sex-based difference. Imane has a male-type DSD and male-level hormones meaning they went through male puberty. They may as well start saying that skinny enough blokes can enter womens boxing at this point lol

      @slugg8378 15 дней назад

      @@jh3328lol are you implying that Imane is a transgender woman? Because she is not, she is actually from Algeria where it is incredibly illegal and dangerous to be a part of the LGBT community :/ even then some women just produce more testosterone than others, that doesn't mean they're trans

    • @Commenter839
      @Commenter839 14 дней назад

      @@jh3328 There is literally no evidence that she went through male puberty. The single test that people point to was done by a Russian-backed organization, who began testing her after Imane beat a previously undefeated Russian boxer. They refused to show a shred of evidence that led them to conclude that she has Y chromosomes, but used the results to disqualify her anyway, which conveniently allowed Russia to remain undefeated in the world championships last year. That's why they were dropped by the IOC.
      Imane is as good as she is in part because she's just genetically built for it, and in part because she's been boxing since she was a kid. Also, she was eliminated in the quarterfinals of the Tokyo Olympics but people seem to conveniently gloss over that part.
      Not to mention, Algeria is one of those countries where being LGBT is straight up illegal. They would sooner kill a trans athlete than pay to have them represent the country. Why would they send Imane out to represent them if she was under that umbrella?

      I think it would be interesting to see. I know there's a lot going on with why they might not want to allow steroid usage like that. However, seeing how far the human body can go with help, whether an enhancement or technology boost or medical boost, I think could be really entertaining due to the natural extremes it takes. That said, I can see lots of not so good things happening too. But I think under the right conditions, it should be allowed I think.

    • @x2lazy2die
      @x2lazy2die 22 дня назад

      a big point i saw about it is that its still probably not going to be "the peak" of human performance. the genetic phenomes r probably making a metric shittonne of money in their respective sports already, which are generally "drug free" so they can't just go compete in the enhanced game then go back to their natural sport. and even if u dont make a living off performance or at the top of it, u might be at the cusp of it so would u really want to burn ur bridges for an enhanced games?
      that removes so many top tier candidates that i don't think its even going to be that much better than e.g. the olympics

I think the only thing stopping this is the insane publicity these people might end up getting and not wanting.

    The Olympics should have a RUclips channel. They should upload each individual sport contest as a series of videos that you can watch in progressive order weeks after the Olympic events have concluded. That's the best way I can imagine watching the Olympics. Also, just think of the RUclips revenue they could make on the side.

    • @Kassidar

      That would lower the price of the broadcast rights networks buy. Probably by much more than any amount of RUclips add rev would make up for.

    Breakdancing is only in the Olympics because Ballroom dancing organisations were originally trying to use breaking as a cover to allow ballroom dancing to be in the Olympics.
    Funny enough, Raygun is also trained in ballroom dancing, prior to learning breakdancing herself.
    But please Grade, whilst I agree Breaking is more on the dance element than the athlete element, the participants (besides Raygun) were all well-trained athletes/dancers that have been training mostly since they are 6 or 7 years old, not to mention the absolute inhuman stamina to continue to make it the Olympics finals.
    Don't get me wrong tho, half of the breakdancing community were against breaking being on the Olympic to begin with, it's not just you lot.

      Maybe a good idea in theory but it doesn’t translate irl. You would have to offer a massive money prize or you to actually get world elite athletes to swap completely to steroids and compete anonymously. A big reason why people compete in Olympics is for fame because relative to being the FASTEST PERSON ON EARTH, you don’t get that much money for it so you have to build your own brand off that and use your fame and status to make money elsewhere, a prime example of that is Noah Lyles. So if they don’t even get their name in the history books then what’s the point to it? You would have to be handing out millions upon millions to incentivise people to hop on steroids (ruins their body long term) and compete for absolutely 0 glory or fame. If you did this without massive amounts of money behind it, you would get maybe 1 or 2 Olympic finalists if you’re lucky.
