I am of 47yrs and I have been using essential oils and it's been quite good for skin health before I started with your suggestions and started using sunscreen, which I never used 😛 until I learnt the importance of it from you and also other products as per suggestion from last 2 months. My skin is good , But certainly the essential oils did not do much for my freckles and oflate it was looking tanned though I work from home. It would be great if you can please make a video on including essential oils in our routine for people who can incorporate them may be in the evening or some other right time for its application apart from the am and pm routine which you suggest as per specific requirements .
