Sometimes lymph nodes can go up and down over a period of time, and sometimes they can remain raised. We're sorry to learn of what you are going through, and this sounds like a very worrying time. We would suggest to anyone who is worried about any symptoms they have, to get these checked out by a doctor. We'd also suggest seeking support from people around you that you trust, any friends or family, as I imagine that they wouldn't like to think you are carrying this worry around with you and dealing with this on your own, so you may want to think about how you may approach them for support, if this will be helpful. It's really understandable to not want to worry them, and also natural to be worried about the symptoms you have. I do hope you will feel able to seek support around you, and that you feel able to contact your doctor for advice. We send our best wishes to you.

Question. Can this condition cause a lump inside the neck and be surrounded by liquid? My husband had a biopsy which they drained fluid. Couldn't see so recently did another biopsy and drained a bit more liquid. Lump is much smaller looking due to this being done but can still be felt under the skin

Swollen lymph nodes caused by lymphoma:
are most commonly found in the neck, armpit or groin
      are usually smooth and round
usually move out of the way when you press on them (are ‘mobile’)
      have a ‘rubbery’ texture
are usually painless - although they can sometimes ache or cause pain in nearby areas (for example, if they’re pressing on a nerve). Our suggestion would be if you are concerned that this a question to ask your husband's medical team.

But many doctors and specialists concluded that it's just a swollen lymph node healing very slow and I have nothing to worry about. Anyways, I don't have to worry because I know that Jesus Christ holds my future. So Never Worry.. it's just a Lymph Node.. That's Normal.

Lymph-nodes can become swollen via many unserious conditions but if it’s really concerning you or effecting your day to day life then you should contact your doctor. I have no other symptoms at all. A doctor looked at them and said it was probably because I have acne on my neck and once I get that to go away they will probably go down. After freaking out about possibly having lymphoma I poked around and found that I can feel super tiny moveable lymph nodes around my groin and armpit. I’m not sure if they are actually swollen because they are super small. I’m a very thin girl, only weighing 110 pounds so is it possible to be able to feel lymph nodes even if they aren’t swollen? My tonsil started to swell one day. Not much pain. Only one side. I could see it growing in my mouth. It enlarged huge within a few weeks or so. I went to doctors. First my home doctor and then ear, nose and throat doctor. All said it's just infection. I got antibiotics even though they didn't find bacteria. It didn't help. I just got side effects of the medicine and the tonsil kept being large. I insisted something wrong as I never experienced such thing (I know some experience it often from usual infection but it had never happened to me). Finally the ear, nose and throat doctor agreed to take biopsy while saying she was not expecting finding anything. A few days later, she called me and told that lymphoma was found.
I was at stage 1. I didn't have other symptoms. Just super large tonsil at one side. it was 7 years ago and I was just 40 yo. Got chemo and radiation.

We're sorry to learn that your son is experiencing enlarged lymph nodes, and appreciate this may be a worry for you. We would suggest checking out any symptoms you're concerned about, by speaking with a doctor. Often enlarged lymph nodes will be connected to infections in the body, and will be a natural way for our bodies to react.
