Nice recipe. I find adding a little oil to the noodle helps with the separation when cooking and does not affect the absorption of the sauce. I will let the noodle sit on top of the egg a bit to almost make an omelette and then stir it through. A hot pan to sear the meat and noodle will make it very flavorful. Cheers!!
What kind of oil did you use in the pan to cook the meat? Just trying to be accurate, it’s one of my favorite dishes and I’ve always wanted to learn to cook it. It’s too expensive to eat regularly lol
Sorry but your noodles look overcooked.. you should let them soak in cold water if dry at least 1 hour so they become just tender after cooking … if fresh just put them directly 😊

I just use canola oil :)
Any neutral oil that can take high heat; Vegetable oil, canola oil, avacado oil, sunflower oil, etc
