However features like auto JD match- where based upon your CV system displays a JD match% score, they will directly get to know, which CV matches the Job description and which does not. So the conclusion here is only to apply to a job if you have the required skills, experience and it matches your current or previous relevant experience. Every company wants to hire somebody, why will they implement such a system which rejects 75% of the total talent???
You have to reform ur resume as per the job description by each company. And that's why we have to choose a customizable template for resume, which I recently learned.
