Great video, but folks need to know that the availability of the limited and platinum trim levels for the Ford Super Duty trucks is still very limited. I can get a lariat built in 6-8 weeks, but it will take months (4-6) to get the higher trim level trucks. If you are willing to wait for a softer steering wheel and projector lights, then that's fine. But if you need your truck sooner, you may want to consider a lower trim level.
I am opposite I like the 23+ king ranch better than the older ones 😂 The platinum is great but I love that western look. The projector headlights and led taillights are a win for the platinum but the wheels on a non tremor platinum are awful. 2 great trucks either way!
It’s truly opinion and mine is nothing greater than any other. I still love the King ranch just blown away they won’t offer a projector on it. Along with halogen tail lights.
I had a 2020 limited and I know have 2023 limited and 2023 and 2024 super duty work trucks. It seems like every year you’re getting less and having less ability to customize options on the higher end trims and paying more. They’re starting to look and feel like Rams. Nice seats but all kinds of chintzy plastic. And the headlights and grills my goodness. GMC ultimate or high end trim AT4 are looking better and better. Let’s see what 2025 brings.
I had a Tuxedo black Platinum 2015 F350 with a tan interior of that time and loved it. I then got a 2020 7.3 Iconic silver Lariat with the black interior and black out appearance package. I will get a 2025 Platinum with the same color interior as you. I always preferred the Platinum interior vs the KR. The design and material feel 5-10% better and looks more modern. I use to love the KR also. I just don’t like the current leather color. I miss the aniline tan “saddle leather”. To me the platinum with the Carmelo leather is closer to the original king ranch.
That’s the new glacier grey for 24 it’s cool looking in person. Yes they copied the bed side steps I’m thankful they did. I truly like the look and function.
For as much as Ford charges these trucks, LED projector headlights should be standard instead of Ford cheaping out and only install LED reflector headlights!!!

RUclips channel 1001cars has a great video on it! The headlights is on full high beam 100% of the time! It has digital sensors that detect on coming traffic and blacks out the area of on coming traffic so the other driver is not blinded by this high intensity lights! This blacked out area follows the on coming traffic until it passes you and then it is back to full 100% light output! Once you see this, you will definitely want it on all your vehicles!!! But at least Ford has headlights that turn which is at least 20 years old by Euro standards!

Love this western look, too. Ok, I miss the projector head lights. But, I will save a lot of money if anytime my halogen taillights break. These LED taillights I had to bereplaced at my F-150. You can't fix them because inner and outer shell are glued and/or supersonic welded. No chance to separate them. And finally the price for them. 🙄 Oh my gosh.
I have a 23 lariat ultimate 350 dually HO…the it has the speaker headrest but I don’t hear music or anything come out of headrest I think it’s empty inside
I used to run ram before I switched to ford. The only thing better on ram is the exhaust break. I had a Ram mega cab. They visibility in the ford is much better. For instance seeing over your hood and looking out rear and rear side glass simultaneously. The mega cab has big blind spots. Next would be power and transmission it’s not even close. I found the ram to be very sluggish and cumbersome finding gears. Say your costing 50-60 down hill towing then you hit a hill the ram gear input just wasn’t smooth like a ford. Fuel mileage is better on ford also. I’m planning to make a full video on why I chose ford over Ram and Chevy/gmc.
@@americandream_89 I bought a 22 Duramax to use for work in addition to the ram and it stomps the ram power wise but the ram auto leveling rear suspension is very very useful the way I use the truck and no aftermarket system on a GM or ford that I’ve seen can make up for that. I’m surprised to hear your getting better MPG in the ford! That’s interesting

The 10 speed is leaps ahead and gives you much proper gearing at any time. Go test drive one. Everyone is different you may like the Ram better. If Ford was the best for everyone Ram wouldn’t exist. From what I’ve seen 99% of people I know buying Ram is because you can buy them much cheaper.
Nissan made great trucks in the 90s they are so far behind now it’s not competitive. I do like the xd for what they tried to do. But compared to these they are slow and can’t tow much.

Only reason for trading it in, we bought a travel trailer that I felt, was too much for the frontier. The Titan comes with a 5 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. It’s a shame Americans are stuck on the big three, and Nissan is discontinuing the Titan. It’s a very underrated vehicle. Features wise and bang for the buck, it wins. No, I’m not just saying that cause I own one. Before purchasing it, I test drove all 1/2 tons, except tundra. And all three 3/4 tons.

That’s true it took me 6-7 months to get mine. You do get much more than a softer wheel and projecting lights though.

They’re not exactly straight up and down, but they have zero movement I think ram is only one that lets the backseat recline.
