Saira, try visiting Sentosa Janda Baik... u would be blown away by its exotic garden and the traditional malay house of the upper class Malays of yesteryears....
I've been to Janda Baik several time. Janda Baik is a location that is full of properties just like this one. However, in recent years, local authority did not manage well the growth of population (the influx of outsiders) there and it has become somewhat overcrowded with haphazard development. Many of these private developers created their own waterways tapping from the river there. Needless to say that some parts of the river is no longer a pristine stream like before.
Still, some of these properties really shine out like the one you're showing here... and there are quite a few nice cafe there like the Embun Cafe, Kopi n Kraf, Kopi Ladang, Pineyard and many more.
Absolutely am in luv wth dat place I oughtta go there soon great retreat so tranqulizing its a gadada vida n not too far frm my place, thanks fr yur great vid,lots of luv frm me to yur sweetie girl

Pahang has lot to offer esp the jungle park that normally difficult to access bcos of dense jungle.Eco tourism is a niche in Msia nowdays as young generations are not used to their forefathers style of living during those old days.

On earth. Once my health get better so I will must try. Maybe I will get some compensation not sure but for that we have to ask for . Cuz I have to plane for buying a house rather than renting apartment so I should better have my own house. I live in Swiss since 30 years as a foreigner. Stuck in Swiss Only cuz of my health problem and Swiss is not good at all for us to live it wasn’t good choice at all to live in Swiss for the Non European like us. Here we don’t get justice and we can’t even file a case for our rights. anyway am fighting for my health so already once my health get better so this is very big issue

So what’s going to happen when your daughter wants to go to university? You’ll pay international fees because you need three years of residency to qualify for local fees even if you’re a British national! This is why all expats like me send our kids to the uk to boarding schools before their GSCEs - year 10 start so they can qualify for state funding and university at local fees. Once our kids graduate they get their specialised training and licenses and rejoin us where ever we are and they then don’t repay the student loans because they never go back 😂😂😂 that’s how you do it Saira - you’re welcome
