Kind of surprised Leonard didn't pull out a bigger bill, or just his wallet, and say "come on. Just say your price."
I've tried this a few times. It's actually really relaxing, I recommend it especially if you're someone who struggles to turn off from the outside world. The first quarter or so of your time will probably be weird but it starts to feel natural quite quickly. I didn't get too much mental stimulation but I've never felt more physically relaxed than when I got out and just chilled. It feels almost like after a massage. Good experience all around

This was me and my mother during a spa day I had with her last year. I *LOVED* my Sensory Deprivation experience! My mother was out in less than 10 minutes and felt extremely uneasy. I think my experience may have been positive because I have High-functioning autism (something Sheldon *might* have) and with autism comes sensory quirks.

Anybody noticed that this is Joan from Kickin' It? I'd never thought she would be in Big Bang Theory.

Why are all these clips from season 12? I honestly stopped watching the show around seasons 8-9 back in the day. It felt like the show was starting to run out of ideas. Or so I thought at one point.
I stopped mid season 7 after watching Leonard and itchy sweater thing, even then I skipped a few episodes because I can't stand sheldon's behavior anymore. Seeing this kind of comments makes me glad I didn't continue... I guess last 4 seasons really all shieett

It was if anything they were stuck in a ditch and could try anything new.
I have yet met anyone who has tried this to have any hallucinations or visions. Very relaxed, but that’s pretty much it. It’s no different than lying down on a waterbed.
