Just adding in that I think semen retention is a great tool for keeping more of a stable mind. It's all connected. Thanks Ralph
I just keep my mind clear and only focus on what's in front of me at the time when dealing with tasks, it's very simple just handle what's important while shrugging off all negativity by...keeping my mind clear, self love and self care, if you always try to do your best be satisfied with that and don't worry about anyone else unless it's important, snub the negative by telling yourself that whatever comes up that you did your best, give yourself reassurance after you have exhausted all possibilities of doing my best, we are not perfect and you shouldn't try to be, never try to live up to someone else's expectations and don't judge yourself unless you didn't do your best with what YOU can do, life is not a competition because we all finish the same way it's just balance when some do much more well than others (I'm generalizing and not writing a novel)
Living in the present momment is what I do daily since I met my mentor&that's 'You' Infinite Watters Diving Deep and now,I'm teaching others to do so...'Gratitude to you Ralph!Thank's for the so many advices.It's been years that you are infinity+my #1 contact,thank's again.'
I think best way is just to find purpose that makes you super motivated, everything is possible. Coming back to your childhood dream that was washed by other opinions. Some people try to stuff to much in their suitcases when they pack for a holiday and the zip is near to bursting at the seem, it's become very heavy as they try to carry it they're sweating and struggling walking a few steps then having to stop every so often, but there's a man who overtakes them as he walks with his suitcase, his is very light, he's packed just what he needs and no more, so he walks by with a smile on his face with his light suitcase, the moral to this is the suitcases are the mind as one over clutters it with rubbish and things that do not matter the other is the opposite, thanks Ralph have a great present time
Don't fight the mind, just let those thoughts pass and observe them

Thank you thank you thank you thank you my mind was full now I am just mindful Lord knows I love my peace still ase but how would I know light from darkness if the sun 🌞 never goes down or if rain 🌧️☔ comes to 💦 water my seeds I've planted this was so helpful after half a day in negative minefield stepping on each one and going off into a million more pieces before the last one but now that the rain 🌧️☔ is gone I can see clearly now with enjoying all the parts of myself and JUST BEING sometimes and taking my awareness by the horns and just gazing at what is before me and trusting that everything is always working out for me thank you again 💕🙏🥲
