One of my favourite tracks from the original I wasn't expecting in Rebirth. I put my controller down for a few minutes and just listened

Same here! I had some friends watching me play this part and they were like what are you doing dude? And I was like shhhh this is the WEAPON theme from the original game... Was not expecting this.

Keep in mind these are new Weapons, mini-Weapons... wait until you see what is sealed away in the Northern Crater...

i know I cant wait to see the Diamond, Emerald and Ultimate weapon

Anyone who played the OG, who got to this part in rebirth, instantly hyped up to 11/10. Once those notes hit, it was "shits about to go down".
Not gana lie. I was running to the reactor, saying to myself. THIS SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING RIGHT NOW. man, i love this game!!
I'm so glad we got a version of Weapon Raid early. I think it's probably the most underrated song in FFVII (it's not even included in any of the Dissidia or Theatrhythm games, for crying out loud!), and hearing this gave me hope we'll get more remixes of it for the Weapon's boss themes in Part 3!
They might make unique versions for each weapon. Like, there might be a Junon inspired one for Sapphire Weapon. There could be an underwater sounding version for Emerald Weapon. There could be a Corel Desert inspired one for Ruby Weapon. There could be a Midgard sounding theme for Diamond Weapon. And there could be one for Ultima Weapon, too.
Remake Part 3 gonna be epic with all the Weapon stuff. Can't wait man.
I just hope they do my favourite FF7 scene right...."aint no getting off this train we're on". I forget the exact words, but it's just such an empowering emotional moment after all the loss.

Hopefully they appear in the third part especially since Scarlet Unleashed Hojo's man made monsters on us and they could be one of his future creations.

No one uploads this theme, thank you. I was stunned when I heard it and it's the MOST unappreciated theme from the original. NOBODY remastered it with justice.
I just listen to what the people want and I make it happen 🎁

Best remix in the game. Absolutely floored by this ost.
Speed this up to 1.25 play speed and you essentially get a modern version of the OG weapon raid theme. No wonder this starting motif paired up so well with the remixed Whispier theme in this game. 👌
One of the most exciting chapters for me in the game & I only wish we got to fight the new Weapon.

It's cool, they're obviously building it up with Rebirth till the weapons actually come out and the song becomes more tension and serious like the OG but modern and possibly a very epic variant when you battle it. I can't wait how they're gonna tackle part 3.
weapons were such a great addition to the late stage of the game in og ff7 I hope we still get to brawl out with them in part 3
Wow. Did not expect this at all. I've been waiting to hear this since Remake was announced. I love FF music and each song is a treasure. This one is especially though in the original.
And too think there is going to be another version of this in Part 3 but over the top in intensity.
Sorry this theme is so good it gives me the chills, imagine the full full version in part 3 cause I know this is the teaser

Not gana lie, when i did that part i was expexting to fight Godzilla. Thank god they holded that back for part 3!
I'm kinda hoping they're going to pull an Akira Ifukube or some other classic kaiju tune for a version of Weapon Raid during the attack of either Sapphire or Diamond's.

God, part 3, when the BIG weapons come out.
As epic as this arrangement is I think they can go even more epic and even haunting with it in part 3. Bigger drums, choir, planet screams- all sorts

Attack of the WEAPONS was such a great track in the original, can't wait to hear the new mix in the new game. However, those two WEAPONS we see in the game? Yeah no they ain't my WEAPONS.

@@eyezfrfx4985Yeah definitely, I think they just wanted to introduce the fact that there isn't just 3 weapons and we kill them all and leave nothing else protecting the planet in that sense, there was already, diamon, ruby, and emerald weapon references with the tiara's in remake so they gotta come back
IMO these Weapons are "New" as in they were created recently due to recent problems where as I believe Ultima, Emerald, Ruby, Diamond and Sapphire were likely ancient weapons created to deal with Jenova, they will likely awaken in part 3 and are massively more powerful then these modern Weapons.
@@Tx-qk3zj exactly ultima and all those other ancient weapons were built for war to deal with jenova back then but it doesn't seem like these new ones were born for fighting purpose more like engineer trying to stabilize lifestream around mako reactor area
The devs have confirmed they're "infant" weapons. 😊

How did you keep the outfits outside of Costa Del Sol?
Someone else asked this too, once you complete the main story, it becomes an added feature.
Just use the changing rooms. In Costa Del Sol and they have them in a few chocobo ranches in other regions.
Oh man, just you wait until part 3. We might get a boss fight version of this song.
