Butter Chicken
Ingredient List
--------
500g chicken breast / thighs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garam masala
3 garlic cloves
1-2 inch piece ginger
4 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp butter
1/2 white onion
3 bay leaves
2 cloves garlic and more grated ginger
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 cup double cream
1 tbsp cashews (optional)
Fresh parsley or coriander to garnish
‼️Adjust seasonings according to preference‼️

Hey Terri-Ann. Awesome recipe as usual. I do have a tip for you; instead of taking the plastic wrap or foil out of the packaging and tearing, leave in packaging and press the tabs on the side completely in. This will secure it in place for easy rolling and you just use the serrated edge to cut desired length 😀.

I used chopped canned tomatoes but you will still need to blend it all to make it smooth regardless of what you use :)))
