I've always liked The Wiz... for MJ, it allowed a combination of both the music side, which he'd started in, and the acting side, which he'd later come into... so it was the perfect thing for him, and most likely what first sparked off his interest in making dramatic music videos. I'd love to have seen him headline more big theatrical movies to showcase his acting skills, as he only ever did two. The other, of course, being Moonwalker.
Hi Dilzzyy! I think you'll agree that whereas some interviewers were rather rude and condescending towards Michael, especially Bashir... this guy, Molly Meldrum, was a delight. He did another 3 interviews with Michael over the years, which I hope you'll include on here at some point. His natural enthusiasm always got Michael in the right mood, and he also seemed to genuinely enjoy being in his company.
If you look at Michael Jackson’s face the slimness the cheekbones chin eyes all same but his nose and of course vitiligo attacked his beautiful skin taking the natural pigment. Of course he wore makeup which a lot of artists do. But the claims he redid his whole face is wrong. Humble man treated so poorly.
