I was a Sophomore in High School in the Spring of 1983. MJs superstardom is yet to be match during that time. I get it when some people say they wished they lived in that era, because it's hard to grasp on how big Michael was if you weren't there in real time.
People are still comparing the fame of today's stars to MJs and I lived through it, and it was shocking. His popularity just cannot be matched I mean people would pass out in his presence. Here is a quote from Uri gellar (who was a celeb friend) and it's so true.

Just FYI the Detail tells a lot of lies. And puts down MJ a lot and his appearance. I stop following him when it was too much making fun of him and saying tabloid junk.
They tell the truth. If that's making fun of him then shoot me dead. We need an unfiltered perspective of Michael Jackson. Not bias from either side.
@@hailamark2402 I know who it is. He used to have a podcast with MJ Fan girl. He would put down MJ on that platform also. If you paid attention he talks facts then slips in lies to make MJ look bad. MJ fan girl stopped doing the podcast because she found out same thing. If you listen to MJ Cast podcast they are supposed to be fans also but can’t help but make fun of MJ too. Believe me big fans of Michael have unsubbed to this channel for same reason. Podcast Michael and the truth goes more in-depth if these supposed MJ fans who make money off Michael s name claiming to be fans. She calls out all of MJCast which this dude is a part of also. So don’t tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about. Obv you do not.
@@saintkevinofficial oh really according to who?? I watched a Lisa Marie episode that was so screwed up with non factual crap but only a real MJ fan would know what’s factual and what’s not. Sadly this person has tons of followers and people will believe anything. Which we should know by now. This guy is no better than the media with their lies about Michael.
