  • Be sure to stay tuned to my channel for a high level guide on submitting to PSA.
    Estimated values were generated by taking the last 5 sales on 130point and averaging them out. For cards that did not have enough history whether it was because it's Pop 1 or whatever, I placed a question mark after the estimated value- those are just best guesses from me.
    The giveaway I mentioned in the video isn't for this one- it will be in a future video.
    Thanks for watching!

    W submission! Very entertaining video! Love the variety that you submitted! Those RWB cards are so hard to GEM so that's a great PSA 10! Thanks for sharing!

      I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the RWB and totally bummed out by the PSA 9 on the Wemby Holo- it seems like people have been knocking those out of the park. Thanks as always for stopping by!

      Ah, I didn't push this one to the feeds because I didn't think it'd have widespread appeal. When the giveaway video does drop if I don't see you in there I'll go ahead and tag you 😁. Thanks for watching!

    I agree don’t use a 3rd party just do it yourself while I only have 3 submissions under my belt it’s fairly simple

      Agreed! I think the hardest part for folks is getting over the initial hurdle of the first submission- and then they realize how simple it is haha. Thanks for watching!

      Also how do you get so many 10’s. It’s crazy! Good job though

    • @moonlitrips
      @moonlitrips  11 дней назад

      I sure did, with the seal and everything. You just need to make sure to include a note (I placed one for each of the 6, but I don't know if that's necessary) saying something along the lines of "PSA, please break the seal and remove case to grade the card within".

    • @moonlitrips
      @moonlitrips  11 дней назад

      I think it's definitely a bit of luck and hours of preparing (but not cleaning!) and scrutinizing. I have quite a few cards that didn't make the cut in this submission because they didn't look right to me for one reason or another. I'll go over my process in an upcoming video! Thanks for watching this one!

    Did you submit the topps now in the magnetic case sealed or did you open it before sending it in. I have those cards been wanting to get them graded some people are saying you should send them in sealed

    • @moonlitrips
      @moonlitrips  4 часа назад +1

      I submitted my order with a note on each sealed Topps Now case granting PSA permission to break the seal to grade the card inside the case. Thanks for watching!

  • @adamhess9415

    Not an accurate cost analysis. You need to subtract the amount you would have gotten for the cards if left ungraded from the final tally.

    • @moonlitrips
      @moonlitrips  10 дней назад +1

      Hi there, do you mean factoring in the cost of acquiring the cards? Unfortunately I did not purchase these cards raw as they were all pulled from packs by me on the channel, so it would be close to impossible to track at this juncture, and subtracting the raw card value from the total would be inaccurate. Thanks for watching!

    • @adamhess9415
      @adamhess9415 10 дней назад

      @@moonlitripsThink it through. You pulled the cards, and they have a raw value. If you sold them raw you profit x amount. But instead you paid to get them graded. Now they are worth Y amount. So your profit from grading becomes = Y amount - the cost of grading - X amount. That tells you how much profit comes from getting the cards graded. You would have made profit without grading the cards if you sold them raw. Does that make more sense?

    • @moonlitrips
      @moonlitrips  10 дней назад +2

      Yep, I get where you're coming from and got that much from your first comment. What you want to view as "profit" is how much I gained by grading the card versus selling raw. That is not a comparison that this video seeks to achieve- nor is it about me advocating for grading cards in the first place (which would necessitate justification via factoring in the value of the raw card). The primary goal of this video and the analyses therein was to simply provide returning viewers a look into where the cards we've pulled on the channel are now- purely for entertainment purposes. That being said, I do think your comment has been thought provoking in that many are probably like you in craving a deeper analysis into the numbers. Some may want to obtain an informed opinion through a video like this because they may be on the fence about selling raw vs. grading to sell. In such cases, a comparative analysis (and factoring in raw values to the total tally) would scratch the itch. As such, in the next video I'll try to provide that level of detail but the final math will continue to only consider how much money ends up in my pocket which would not factor in the raw value as a deduction. I will also try to include other overheads (eBay fees, material costs of shipping to buyers, etc.) in the spirit of helping viewers develop an informed opinion. Thanks for your feedback and I truly mean it because that's how I improve on this little project of mine.
