Great Intel for those people looking at Feddersen for the first time or those specifically looking to find information on this barrel. Great groups for a virgin outing at the range. Ammo test very informative. Thanks.
One of these days the range won't be so busy, but yet I am glad to see so many people getting behind the trigger. Without a time constraint, and taking purposed time for each shot (think Project Appleseed regimen), wonder how much better the groups might be. But, all shot under the same condition, I am guessing is still indicative of the group character if more time were available. But still impressed with the barrel, right out of the gate. A shame I had to stumble across them, but glad I did - might need to keep it a secret until all 10/22s are modified/rebuilt. Could be their tech that makes it different. Great video! Just got this barrel for my rifle shot a bunch of the common ammo through it sk standard disappointed me but Norma tac 22. American eagle and CCI standard suprised me with .6-.7inch groups
I have had great luck with Tac-22 in my Bergara. Then it went south. But then after the barrel was seasoned in well the groups came back in. Will be shooting the Feddersen again today. If I have free time I may post a round two shoot video. It will be indoors (up to 100 yards) not out in the freezing cold. Is this a new barrel for you or have you shot it a lot? Some things to consider are torque on the V-Block, stock or chassis, floating or touching, carbon ring if you have shot it a lot.
