This video is about that minor but yet a major difference b/w confidence and over confidence. When confidence can lead you to success, over confidence can be extremely devastating.
Overconfidence is not about being too confident but its about showing confidence due to lack of knowledge. Over confidence can be due to a tendency to hold false assessment of our skills, talent and intellect.
Overconfidence comes when we have very little knowledge of our subject or after grasping a concept we do not study or practice it further. The best way to avoid overconfidence and gain success is to grasp full knowledge in any field (be it studies or professional).
In this video I have explained Dunning-Kruger effect, believe it it’s so powerful Nobel prize awarded research, if applied in your studies, in any subject, it will give you wonderful results in the form of confidence and not overconfidence. Do apply to get best results.

While watching this, there was a smile on my face. Because even I was victim of this OVERCONFIDENCE.
Let me explain (my experience):
A- Yea, I got it. Man, I can crack any competitive exam in my field and get a job.
B- As I crossed stage A, I said to myself as "buddy, there is a lot to do. Move your ass and work on it." In this stage I understood how dangerous stage A was. NOT HAVING ANY KNOWLEDGE IS MUCH BETTER THAN HAVING LITTLE KNOWLEDGE.
C- I think I was the most frustrated person in this universe at that time, because I saw lot of people who mastered in my field and I was not even able to retain (in seconds) what I have acquired till then. Intolerance, irritation, frustration, sadness; some times I felt pity on myself. This is the most important stage in one's knowledge gaining process. According to me, those who have gone through this stage will definitely master that topic for sure.
D- Here I was pacified, peaceful and calm like atmosphere after horrible pouring. According to me actual learning starts from here. Till stage C knowledge took a test of YOU whether you were worthy or not to acquire knowledge in that particular topic. I feel like I'm in stage D now.
E- But I don't believe in this stage. Because there is no any end point for knowledge. That's the reason some professors, lecturers, teachers introduce themselves as STUDENTS as per their streams concerned.
