To Celebrate 30 years of Disney's Beauty & the Beast, here's a start of Beauty & the Beast VHS in the UK. Beauty & the Beast was Disney's first Animated Film and the only Animated Film has earned an Oscar Nomination for Best Picture, but sadly, The Silence of the Lambs won the Oscar for Best Picture. There was also a remake of Beauty & the Beast starring Emma Watson 26 years later. It was released and owned by Walt Disney Home Video in 1993. All Rights Reserved. I also like to dedicate a memory of Howard Ashman, a song writer of The Little Mermaid and Little Shop of Horrors who died in 1991. He also wrote some of the songs from Aladdin, before it was released in Cinemas. In memory of Howard Ashman (1950 - 1991)
