@@Superdogfan6 from what I seen I’m pretty sure they stoped doing the worship cover and started playing “anchor”. Definitely a much better choice! Gotta throw in a slow song!
I finally saw them for the first time when they were in Little Rock for WJ, and I can now officially say that I absolutely can’t wait to see them again. And John Cooper is an absolute unit for being able to pull off so many head bangs in a single set.
I would love to see Skillet put together a music fest with Fight the Fury, Ledger, Red, Disciple, Ashes Remain and Skillet headlining. That would be epic. Would definitely be some souls saved that night
I’ve seen Skillet probably 5 times in concert. The last time was probably 7 years ago. They still are my favorite band to I’ve seen in concert to this day. They always kill it. 🤙🏻
It’s better to see them when they are on their own tour, much longer and not rushed. This is Winter Jam, they don’t get to play full sets cuz there is like 3-5 other bands/artists playing that show who are popular as well.
TobyMac has headlined before and had like an hour long set, I think it’s just they don’t like skillet as much as the other artists so they cut their sets short.
Considering skillet usually run 15-17 song sets, this was surprisingly short, still a great performance though, Skillet are one of the best live bands I've seen
thats bc theres a whole bunch of other bands playing before them too. its not just skillet, which is why theyre only doing dominion and surviving the game off of dominion and such a short set. theyll do a bigger dominion tour where its them and maybe 2 other bands after winter jam. im really looking forward to that. hopefully ill see them at least 2 times on that tour, as i got the aftermath once, victorious once, and unleashed 3 times.
@@henryisabeast4218 Nope, they had the same amount of artist. Could be a money thing too since they didn’t to it last year.
