  • Chino resident Jasmine Horn, 28, was found unconscious in her car by her boyfriend after she did not show up at his graduation ceremony. He gave her CPR as bystanders called 9-1-1. First responders arrived on the scene and transported Horn to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, where she spent one month recovering from a heart condition that caused her collapse.
Last month Horn reunited with the first responders, doctors, and nurses who saved her life. Horn’s father is a fire captain at Camp Pendleton and was especially grateful to the first responders who saved his daughter’s life.
