How in the fuck did the p365 & the m18 make their roster?! Lmao but they still can’t have gen5 Glocks praying for California gun owners to one day be able to own why ever they want. 🙏😮💨
We have won a series of cases in CA that made the microstamping requirement go away, so now it is much easier to make a gun to CA DOJ requirements
@@GRETASGUNS hopefully you’ll be able to own everything else on the market in the near future.
@@codymyers223 probably not everything but we are off to a good start!
It's an issue with the requirements. Some manufacturers don't even bother submitting them to be tested. It costs thousands of dollars for the manufacturer to have a gun added and any slight difference in model needs to be submitted separately. Has basically nothing to do with safety is total BS
@@GRETASGUNSmeaning p80s?
Scott is an excellent instructor, he was my Ventura county CCW instructor the last 8 years, excellent marksman as well. I highly recommend his classes! - Acmetnt
I'm not getting a CCW permit. NO ONE can tell me to carry or not. It's my constitutional right. 🇺🇲🇺🇲😉😉
Become a judge man, we need folks like you.
Not in Cali. Sorry
No ATF in this comment section
@@downeykids I don't give a damn about ATF. 😉😉😉
@@Ddizzzyy I NEVER follow the rules
I’m moving to Long Beach, I’m so excited to get my CCW
Great informational video! I carry the Smith and Wesson shield for the summer and the Glock 19 during cooler times.
Constitutional carry Texas baby
It's so crazy law abiding citizen have to pick certain guns depending on what county they live in California. Wow no right real 2A rights for law abiding citizen. I am glad that l live in an constitutional carry state
Just turned 21 and I applied for my glock 19 and my m&p shield 9 … interview is next week with San Bernardino county. Wish i could add another firearm to the list without waiting 2 years but dont have the money haha.
Let me know how it goes, brother ! I’m going to be starting my CCW process soon with SB county soon too
You can, when you do your training
How long did it take you to get an interview date brother ?
@@michaelrr3575wondering the same as I’m in the same county and been wanting to get it for awhile now
If you’re too afraid to carry with a round in the chamber, then you have not trained enough with your weapon and should not be carrying because you are more of a liability until you get trained
Can you get in trouble for having a round in the chamber in cali? Obviously having a ccw etc etc
@@robertyota if you have a CCW issued in California, you are allowed to carry with one in the chamber
Not entirely true but ok
If you make silly comments like these thinking everything in firearms is an absolute and not situational dependent decision then you clearly have minimal training…
I honestly thought carrying with a round in the chamber was a standard thing that everyone did. But then again the first time a handled weapons was in the military so it’s what I still do to this day
Good information. At the time of recording a case was pending for non-resident CCW.
They let everyone out of jail here in California.Do whatever you like as a free man!
I live in Cali don’t carry here. But when I fly out of Cali I always carry
just a heads up dont expect La city or la county to let you add any new firearms once youre issued your permit, you have to wait until your renewal to add any additional firearms
It’s unfortunate you are locked into 3 pistols. There should be no restrictions on the model you carry. There isn’t one for my AZ ccw.
The mag limit kinda deflates the full size debate
Full size will still soak up recoil better.

Great video thank you
Question I was a Ccw holder in Texas I am an armed security officer in LA I APPLIED FOR CCW IN MARCH I WAS TOLD I WIULD GET A CALL I. 9-12 months . I have to qualify twice a year at the range and on my application I listed the same model gun as my work gun the glock 21 and I have taken a psychological test to work armed and passed. Will I have any problems getting my CCW
Thanks Scott..
Scott is the best!
Yea you can carry whatever you want in California if you just don’t give a shit
yea but once you use it, that aint gunna be an easy talk with the cops when they find your mac-11 in your bulky coat.
Thank you.
Happy to help 👊
Crazy that you have to ask permission like a kid.
They scary ass babies. 👻 👶🏾
Actually it's a lot worst, it's expensive ($400+) and even if you get it, you CAN'T carry anywhere. I wish we had a pro-gun Supreme Court.
It’s because of the culture, economy, and geography. CA is such a big state right on the coast and a liberal one at that. All of these are reasons why we see what we see on the streets and in the courthouses. It’s such a capitalistic state they do their best to charge you at every corner they can. All you can do is have a good attitude and go out and make money 😂
Garcia Maria Rodriguez Ronald Clark George
Wtf i should be able to carry whatever gun id like
what brand belt was that on the video ?
I live in Nevada I have my ccw do I need another ccw that’s from Cali to carry over there or should I just carry my shit😏
They have made it no matter where you drive it is impossible to not violate the law. You can’t travel thru a city and not be within 400 yards of a school, court, post office, a hospital, polling place, airport or some federal building.
Not at all correct
Thomas Mark Hernandez Richard Jackson Paul
ok...let's set the record straight...it is NOT a permit...it's a license...big difference. License...not permit.
Potato, potahtoe
If you have to renew it every 2 years then IT IS A PERMIT not a license. Just because its called a license doesnt mean it is
@@aceman141 hummm, i think license is on the card...
First off our rights to travel freely hence a drivers license is BS. We shouldn’t need a permit or license to carrying a firearm. Alas, here we are. One day in my lifetime I hope to see our Constitutional Republic rights restored in Ca.
lol what flavor boot is your favorite?
thanks
If you get your ccw in Ventura county, can you carry in LA county? Kern county?
U can carry anywhere in California
@@chrisrodriguez6429 okay cool. Thank you.
@@rob.ny-ladid you get it vc.if so any advice
Shield Plus ftw
Riverside County is a superstar in CCWs
Fresno County issues the most ccw’s in California 😎
@@arthurdelacruz6879And Tulare and Kern county 😎
Thankful for San Bernardino too haha
At that point you are in the country. That’s not even Cali. lol I’m from Orange County
@@josesantizo4432 i used to live in Chino hills ....I sold my home and bought 2 bigger homes in Bakersfield CA you can say it's out in the country but we live better out here everything is so much cheaper.you should consider moving a lot of people are doing it.
Kimber micro 9
I live in Los Angeles County.Got my ccw took me two years to get it. I did everything they told me to when they told me to do it on time and it still took two years.... unacceptable
2 months for me in Hawthorne
That’s 100% a violation of your second amendment rights.
Probably a huge backlog on applications.
Even if you use it appropriately on you own property while getting home invaded, they’ll still take it away. Gotta love the idiots in Cali
I thought you had to be a resident of the state to enjoy constitutional carry
MY APPLICATION WAIT TIME IS 18 F#%* ING MONTHS OUT!! 😡😡
What County sir ?
@@michaelrr3575 LA Sheriff’s smh
Los Angeles County doesn’t issue CCW
I live in LA county and got a phone call from LAPD a week ago to schedule my CCW interview in a month.
Just reminds me how much I hate CA any why I moved. most counties have 3 (Fresno is 6) so if i had to do it: Glock 21SF 30SF (or 23C) and Sig P365 or M&P purely based on ease of platform. 21 is perfect for the full size slot. a 10mm G20 barrel slides into a G21 slide and you can pop in 20 mags(as neutured as they are) 20/21 are the same frame but normally the 21 is on police trade in sale. Who knows you might find a transferable Gen4. Best part is that 20/21 can host about a dozen caliber conversions which dont need background checks or 30 day rationing. Same for the 30SF, most of the benefits but in the sweet spot between 19 and 26. Then the honorary spot goes the 23/23c. It's just a Glock 19 in .40, you can convert back to 9mm for training or 45 GAP if you can find the ammo and barrel. P365 is no brainer. you can customize it back and forth as you like. Then the M&P is as easy as glock to find aftermarket support, plus comfortable to carry. Since moving out where you can just walk around concealed without bribing the sherriff, I alternate between a M&P and Glock 20 (benefits of being tall) which i will be rotating yet again if I find way to afford a new 9mm Glock duty ready.
Ah yes, California. Where the criminals are protected more than law abiding citizens
Need to know about California..don't live there..
I've been here for 32 years, it's not as bad as conservative media projects it to be.
Free Men Don't Ask Permission.
Do all of you leaving comments about: I don't need to ask permission, I'm not going to get a ccw etc. Do you all know how to read? What does well regulated mean? The 2a isn't a constitutional right, it's part of the bill of rights which is not the constitution.
Nevada is Open Carry not a fan of that but i still get to Carry my firearm when i go to Nevada.
Nevada open carry is best when you’re in a vehicle. Open carry in public is really risky because you never know if a criminal is nearby and is carrying concealed. They can easily get the drop on you and take whatever you got
@@BrianCervantes-bg1cm yeah that's why I don't really like open carry it's better to surprise the criminal lol
Excellent video, very informative. Great job Scott! Thank you Mike and Greta's Guns!!!
Thanks bro 👊👊
Welcome to Nazifornia.
wow modern day cowboys
Great info as always Mike! thanks!!
Appreciate you 👊👊
Thanks Scott..
Do you know what a LEOSA is? My buddy is a MP(Military Police) in the Army Reserves and has one. He told me he can conceal carry in all 50 states. Is that true? Is it only for People in the Army? Hpw ow does it work?
Uncle Freedom has a vid on it. Yes if you are a peace officer you can carry 50 state legally, per federal law. But some peace officers get arrested each year as some California and New York police officers are not knowledgeable and arrest visiting LEO anyway. Legally any officer can carry there departments gun 50 state legally. But many officers do not know this.
@andershilmo1886 do you know the specific name or link to the video? I can't seem to find it on his page

Fantastic video fellas. Glad to see you guys on yt.

Who approved that background music? Like nails on a chalkboard.
Check on the post office thing. There was a ruling out of Florida, IIRC, that said that the po restriction is unconstitutional
What about accessories like a red dot , light or a different lower like how sig 365 has a bunch of aftermarket lowers
Awesome videos guys
Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for this video I’m from Lake County this was super helpful!
I’d like to know what ever happened to the guy who defended himself at his house and had a CCW, did everything legal yet when he was attacked he fired back and his firearm was still confiscated and left him exposed in LA.
I thought I remember they gave it back to him but could be wrong don’t think he was charged either but they probably tried to
So who thinks it a good idea to have a detailed presentation competing with head-banging music?
I turned the volume way down and followed with the closed captions.
Good information
