My respect to the musicians and warm regards to Scotland from Siberia! My friend brought me a recording of this concert from Cardiff back in 2011. Since then I've been a fan of bagpipes.
thought I saw red hot chili peppers coming to a local theater to play, double check the name, thought maybe it was a typo, google and RUclips it....and instantly bought my tickets....always been a huge fan of Celtic music ( flogging molly is a huge favorite ) but this.....this just blew my mind....amazing
I’m in this scenario right now. I saw a RHCP billboard at a local venue and I’m like NO WAY! Looked it up and it’s. Turns out it’s these guys, RhcP! They’re playing 2 weeks from Saturday. And I’m fixing to get a crew together to go!
True, but surely imitation is the sincerest form of flattery... Fair play to anyone who can play the pipes like that. Nothing will ever top Queen's original, I agree!
By tradition, Bagpipe bands are men only, this is slowly changing. And the women dance. Women do most of the dancing now because of WW1 when so many Scots men either didn't return, or returned to injured to dance. This is not the first bagpipe band to go upscale. Seven Nation and Brother, and the Wicked Tinkers, all play non traditional bagpipe music, and I have much of there music.
Saw them in August 2022 in Crief scotland ! Visiting from canada! Absolutely fantastic!!! Now my local the artful dodger in toronto plays them in high rotation!👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
RSDG Pipe Major 1st Class Geoffrey N. Stiùbhart Saw you Live in Aberdeen Music hall,My Friend had a Spare Ticket,I thot he Said Red hot Chilli Peppers,LoL,Whoa!!Utterly Brilliant Night,Cheers.
Well this verison of We will rock you with bagpipes and dancing gals reminds me of the high school production of We will rock you with my nephew as the cop.

Everything sounds so much better on the bagpipes! P
Yes it really does!!!!!
And with five fine dancing lassies to detract from any bag problems.
