My fav BCM is at 富江食阁Fu Jiang Foodcourt @ Bukit Batok Connection, their BCM is nice and their mushroom is also braised very long and you should add their braised egg which goes well with the BCM...
You may try to do a chapter on the best lor mee. I recommend the 福春lor mee at eunos crescent market next to eunos mrt. The best lor mee I have ever had so far. 😋😋

always feel that noodles should come in 3 'implementations' : dry, wet and soup versions ... :-) i like the soup versions, when i want something soupy .., otherwise the wet versions ... sometimes will get the wet versions, with all the sauces for the flavours, ask for soup as well ... then at home, pour / mix the soup with the wet noodles ... super :-)
