I love the stencil idea. I bought some large clock face stencils by accident. I misread the description and they won't work for what I want but would be great on some jeans! Your videos are always so inspiring.
Hi, I have used acrylic paint without fabric medium for years, but I press it using a non stick press sheet to set the paint. Never had any problem with it at all. For splattering, if you load a brush and tap it on a stick, holding it reasonably close to the project, you can get a decent splatter without too much mess. Love your videos and happy to share any tips.
I am sooooo inspired!!! I had bought a pair of button flys, that have a knee ripped out that i couldnt figure out how to do. When you showed cutting the leg out up the outside seam, my world went off its axis!! Ha ha!! Thank you for some inspiration!!

One of your best upcycling videos ever! Paint, stencils, appliques -- oh my! Could you please, pretty please give us a video showing us how to distress and upcycle a pair of pants other than blue jeans? I have lots of pants in the back of my closet, and I would like to do something awesome with them. Black pants, khakis, even some gray with tiny pink pinstripes. Maybe I could crop them and add appliques. The fabric is polyester/rayon/spandex, so bleach won't work. Thanks for all you do for us viewers! ♥👖✂🧵
Thank you for that tip on curing the paint. I made the cutest denim shorts and painted a template but wanted to make them frey for the George Strait concert we had in College Station. Well, that cute template faded to almost nothing. I'll just redo it in white. Love your projects everything denim. I have so many jeans I've collected to do all your purses, pants and jackets. I do massage and would enjoy some ideas to use in my spa. I made arm rests from denim leggings and foam to support the prenatal set. I would love a denim aprin/bolster bottle holder idea.

Traci , that sleeping bag thing , is closely named , it's a Duvet Cover..great idea I'm going to be looking for a duvet cover for me too to CUT up ..(.a matching Size quilt or puffy comforter goes inside of one so it's easy to throw in a washer the duvet rather than the whole comforter).
