Pure genius! St Patricks outfits are so much fun! Dye it green WOOHOO! Can do! I work at a tea room in a Victorian house where I try to dress in costume with my blouses. I restyle a mens shirt: cut off the collar but leave the neck band. Take off the sleeves. Cut the sleeve off at the elbow and restyle the top half of the sleeve with a large contrasting puff. Last year I found a shamrock print for the upper sleeve puff. Cant wait to wear it! Top of the morning to you. Lets get sewing. Robin in NC USA 2024

Wow! I could not see the dots on the top until after it was dyed. It turned out cute.. And, it looks good on you. That top may loot great with jeans also. I can't wear strips running across; because, the stripes show how lopsided I am. Thank you for this video.
I dyed some linen shorts that had lace trim around the bottom. The lace was synthetic so it didn’t take. They turned out super cute! The white lace trim looked so awesome my teenager wants some!😁

I so wish I could sew! 🧵 I love thrifting and get so many ideas in my head to repurpose items. I even collect items knowing I probably won’t use them but they make me happy- especially vintage cotton fabrics. Maybe when I retire I can learn to sew 🤷♀️ Thank you for sharing these ideas!
