It’s so tough waking up not to it . Whenever I wake up without it I just fall asleep or is sleepy all day. I don’t feel woken up without it. If I’m not on it i can’t work 12 hour shifts on a busy fast food restaurant. Once you do it, it becomes part of you, I never believed it until I did it
