I had such a wonderful drive to Maine with Kevin, next time I hope to stay longer than a few hours on my next Maine visit. If a parent can have a chance to do a drive like this and have a chance to catch up with your child, do it!!!! It was an amazing drive.
I want to tell you two how marvelous it is that you made it onto youtube. I saw several of your videos, but this one in particular stood out. I do these 14 hour drives in my Sprinter too, they're BRUTAL and what really caught my eye is the amazing energy and positivity all of you have. Your dad is Such a trooper, sleeping like that is sure to cause body aches, and not a single complaint out of him. Flying alone with a baby, stuff of nightmares, and all just positives and smiles out of all of you, and it's genuine smiles too ... just so much HAPPY. You really inspire me, and somebody just asked me about my 14 hour drive on Friday ... it was ... Brutal. And I had Good things to say about it because I saw your video. Thanks for fixing the attitude of a grumpy old camper :)

I hope you guys enjoyed your time in NS, you stayed not far from my house. Also enjoy your time in NL, my home provience. Also Corner Brook has a free dump station at travel info centre and you can almost park up anywhere in NL as long as you are safely off the road. FYI if you want to surf in NS, check out Lawrencetown Beach, just outside of Halifax. Some of the best surf on the east coast.

This comment is so true!!! Every time I wake up in the middle of the night I’m checking temps where he sleeps and making sure it’s not too cold for him! We’re using the Nanit monitor so luckily I can check everything while laying in bed!!!

Noticed the difference in your first pronunciation Kevin and you're second. And, then asking the toll both guy how to say it :) "Newfoundland" is indeed pronounced by the locals as "New'-fooned-land", or maybe even "New'-found-land" (colloquially), but never "New'-fun-lund". I always said it wrong myself growing up, until I watched the Canadian TV series "Republic of Doyle" :) Continued good luck wishes on your inaugural van "test flight" (sink draining problems maybe?).
