The old newspaper article from 1916 is really cool! ❤😊 In America, we’d never get away with using copper pipes for electrical wires, because copper is conductive! So if a live wire happens to touch that pipe, and then YOU touch that pipe, ZAP!⚡️ Just a word of caution for ya with that. Love you guys and great job, it’s almost all done! 😁💚

You get the great footage you got before, but you ALSO get the thinking behind the work with so much more context / detail. Seriously, having you guys delivering a more considered narrative on top of the footagr REALLY helps the viewer understand your reasoning, methodology and how you guys are feeling / living the process as it evolves. So much more immersive detail - Thank you.
Claire great job on the beams in the snug. They look great. I’m in Denver Colorado and we had a pub called the snug and I was told the snug referred to pubs where the windows were high so people couldn’t see who was in there like the nuns are the fathers who were having a bit, so I assume you just like cozy living room but I hadn’t heard it use that way before and happy anniversary. I hope you enjoy it and thanks for the history lesson
Haha, that's interesting. You know I don't quite know where that room snug comes from, but I always wanted somewhere cosy with a fire to relax in the evenings. We will however have to dig out the floor eventually to make it a warmer space 😊
