In SoCal, there's a high school named El Toro. I knew a couple of previous close friends there along with a violinist who participated in a community college symphony orchestra, nearby.
I feel like every teacher In middle school has a book with all these songs that middle schoolers play because I keep hearing people play songs that I have played!!!

Learned the song about 8-9 years ago in Middle school, 22 now, Barely remember how to play the Violin but I know almost all my songs by heart, I was pretty stupid and couldn’t figure out how to read the papers for the life of me, But I knew key notes throughout the song which would help me know where I was at. Almost never looked at the papers and played the songs pretty well. If I had definitely played a year or three longer, I would have had definitely learned how to read a paper (even after playing for 3 years 6-8th I couldn’t)
