Here Today, Tomorrow Next Week! is the second studio album by Icelandic alternative rock band The Sugarcubes. It was released in September 1989 by Elektra. The album spanned three singles: "Regina" which reached #2 on the Alternative Songs chart, "Tidal Wave" and "Planet". The album itself reached #70 on the Billboard 200, #15 on the UK Albums chart and #1 on the UK Indie Albums chart.
Contrary to their critically acclaimed debut album, Life's Too Good, Here Today, Tomorrow Next Week! was poorly received by critics.
The name of the album was inspired by Mr. Toad from the famous children's book The Wind in the Willows.
A version of the album sung in Icelandic titled Illur Arfur ("bad legacy") was also released.

Vai ser eclético assim lá em Pindamonhangaba!! Eu enviei dois vídeos dessa moça lá no meu canal. Sempre gostei da Björk por ela ser ativista, extravagante e aqui entre nós: Ela canta muito e nos enfeitiça com essa voz de sereia! Assisti "Dançando no Escuro" onde ela simplesmente "estraçalhou" como atriz e ganhou a Palma de Ouro em Cannes em 2000 (eu acho). No ano seguinte ela escandalizou hollywood quando cantou a música do filme com uma estranha roupa de ganso... Só estou escrevendo isso tudo porque apesar de gostar muito dela eu não sabia que ela havia sido vocalista do Sugarcubes, aliás, eu nem conhecia essa banda da Islândia, mas você sim!!

No inicio dos anos 90 assisti The Sugarcubes - Live Zabor, (ruclips.net/video/ZfajMs8GLCA/видео.html) me impressionou o vocal, eu também acho uma das maiores cantoras que já ouvi. Legal saber que Björk é fã assumida de Elis Regina (coincidentemente nos deixou nesta data em 1982). Parabéns pelo seu canal.

@@albertofranca5009 Coincidência mesmo! Me lembro bem daquele dia, eu havia acabado de completar 19 anos e fiquei abalado com a morte de Elis, pois eu cresci ouvindo suas músicas.
