- We've been on the hunt for that 8 second pass for sometime now in our 2020 Shelby GT500. We came close with the stock ported supercharger, going 9.03 at 156mph, and with the Whipple 3.8L it was only a matter of time. Hey Ken. Your CX packages will now be much more appealing because what youve learned in regards to tuning the DCT. I think it would be great if you offered a transmission tune (for stock GT500s) that would eliminate the ANNOYING hesitation/bog on the street. My wife and MOTHER IN LAW (in her M3) laughs at me from stoplights and says I'll never beat her in at streetfight. She always backs off at 45 -50!!!!😔

Congratulations on your 8 second pass with another congratulations on your fantastic new shop. You are the Hardest working man modifying Mustangs and of course Shelby GT500s. I've said this before, but without a doubt. You are the Garu of building badass Mustangs. Are there future plans for racing your 8 second Mustang GT500 in an NHRA class and have you thought about a collaboration with Shelby America.

Congrats on new shop! Your going to have more business than you know what to do with. Lol. Love your GT500 upgrades. How many years does it take to learn how to do what you originally started doing just tuning and diagnosing cars? I’m in a position to add a dyno cell for motors and one for at the tire at my buddies shop to expand his business. If you have the time to respond great if not I know your real busy. You guys just love what you do and it shows. RNMuscle

How does the 2020 gt500 blower fit on the coyote 5.0?? What all is needed to make this work? This is super interesting news to me! Looking to Slap a blower on my car soon.

Super novice question, but I recently picked up a new GT500. How do I reduce the engine bogging down on launch? Is that all traction control just limiting wheel spin? and I'm guessing not much can be done about that on the street. I love doing 0-40/50 pulls.
It’s a manual transmission it’s gonna bog on the stock ecu

Just wondering Have you change the rear gear yet to see if it’s better or worse
I've only experimented with different tire sizing which will effect gearing. I think less gearing could help but that is harder on the clutch
@@PalmBeachDyno gotcha did the car hook with the shorter tire???haven’t seen anyone talk about changing the gear to take some stress off the clutch on coming out the hole if it would pull harder up top. well good luck with and the new shop..

What is evolution doing differently there car is crazy fast and in the 8s and no clutch issues
They do have issues too. They also pulled out roughly 500lbs out of the car since stock and probably 400lbs less than Ken’s car. They also have a high compression built motor and run more boost than Ken and a 100lbs kid who drives it.

Glad you have time to go to the track when you still havent fixed the tune on my customers car. No phone call back and ghosted on my emails. Refund me so I can get a Lund tune.
