    hello kuya nurse, thank u po for recognizing all these cons, im planning try travel nursing here in swiss, these are the things that increases my anxiety..so many questions like what if, where are the supplies, where to stay, what are the compensations, how long is the stress level😂 things like that...

      Swiss? Not sure if same po ang definition ng travel nurse nyo dyan vs sa amin... Samin kc its like a regular staff nurse lng position, but may stipends and non permanent job position.

    good day nurse Juan, would you still recommend to work or accept job offer in SNF or Long term care or rehab as a stepping stone like us who don't have bedside experienced?

      Makikisingit lang idol. I'm currently working as a LTC-RN. Masasabi ko na perfect training ground ang assisted living facility to hone your assessment (change in condition, skin and wound evaluation, neuro checks, fall risk) and delegation skills, as well as your communication (SBAR, english proficiency), basic nursing procedures (stoma care, PICC line, tube feedings, urine catheterization, enema, medpass, etc), crisis management, dietary evaluation for residents, time management, even attitude mo as a nurse hahaba pasensya mo hehe. Sulit na preparatory workplace before mag acute bedside 👌👌👌

      Aw.... Sana wag as a start... Medyo mahirap sa una lalo na new environment and setting.... Mas ok maging staff muna sa isang place pag dating sa US... Just to learn muna..

    question po,,,do u order medical supplies for the department? or is there only one specific nurse who does it? or not at all?

    • @NurseJuanOFW
      @NurseJuanOFW  Год назад

      Management usually deals with those things and supply pips. 😁
      -nurses here often deal with patients only.. No billing, or maintenance work like back home.. 🤭
