In this video I'll be sharing the Recipe of Hyderabadi Chicken 65, It's one of the Most Famous And Most Favourite Dish of Hyderabad.
Ingredients :-
Chicken :- 400 Gram
Coriander :- 5 Teaspoon
Oil :- 4 Teaspoon
Red Food Color :- 1 Pinch
Eggs :- 2
Salt :- Half Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder :- 1 Teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste :- 1 Teaspoon
Cornflour :- 4 Teaspoon
Curd :- 100 Gram
Lemon:- 1
For Tempering
Curry Leaves :- 3 Teaspoon
Garlic :- 5
Green Chili :- 4
Salt :- 2 Pinch

Yes God bless Norien, she takes time to show her secret recipes, and is not much interested in the subscribes or Likes, so many RUclipsrs do now-a-days. They throw something on RUclips just to make subscribers and more numbers of Likes. I have observed she is more interested in teaching the younger generation, & the best part is her husband is very supportive to her. Keep it going Norien, ignore all the negative comments.

Salaam! I’m Iranian and I really enjoy your recipes. I have tried so many of them and it has always turned out delicious. could you clear my doubt regarding yoghurt? whenever I apply yoghurt, it always tend to break. I have tried below: storing it in room temperature before using it, beating it before adding it and I continuously stir it once I add it, also I keep the pan cooked down for 3-4 minutes before adding yoghurt but it still ends up breaking. could you please advise what should I do through a video if possible. Thank you.

Hello aunty, thank you so much for the wonderful recipes & a great fan of yours 🙏👍.... regarding the chicken 65 recipe, the curd breaks....can you please please advise steps, should the curd be at room temperature?, What should be the temperature of the pan, & should it be on high flame while beating the curd..
The 2nd part you need to keep the heat low. Think like how you don't stir fry pasta when you add its sauces, you keep the heat low. The chicken is already deep fried, it doesn't need high heat. Just make sure the garlic is fried (low heat) add the other ingredients and just mix with the chicken. Once everything sticks to the chicken, raise the heat and give it a quick stir fry (30-40 seconds) if you like charcoal taste or keep it low and enjoy your chicken 65.

Beta 1stly you need to remove yoghurt from the fridge before at least 1 hour before you need to whisk and add it its a must also you need to lower the flame while adding curd when you add chicken flame should high
