Wow, I haven’t seen anyone do this in ages. It came out great! I was always afraid to try it because my hair is so fragile when wet and I thought the ponytails would cause breakage.
I never heard of a pony tail roller set. It came out great in the end!! Question…do you feel like minor breakage is normal with relaxed hair?. I just hit a year on my journey and I cut a ton of my hair because it was breaking badly (due to under processed hair from a relaxer I no longer use). Now I use a new relaxer and my hair is fully processed and while I see a huge change, I still see a few tiny pieces here and there. Is that normal or should I see nothing at all?
Yes ponytail roller sets have been around it’s been years since I’ve seen anyone do them on RUclips though. Yes it’s normal to see some breakage. I had the same issue with under processed hair. I thinking about going to a different relaxer if I ever have that issue again😘😘
I relaxed my hair every 8-10 weeks sometimes 12 but rarely, would you recommend stretching my relaxer for longer. When I stretch for long I notice a lot of breakage and damage
Do what’s best for you. Stretching isn’t good for everyone. As I get older it’s harder to find the patience. There will be more breakage the longer you stretch.
Thank you😘😘 you may need a protein treatment but that’s just my guess. Try going to a trusted salon to see exactly what you may need. It may also be internal. I should be taking iron pills but I don’t all the time. Low iron could cause hair fall out as well
It just depends on your hair. You definitely want to make sure your hair is as smooth as possible and this could cause breakage. I would proceed with caution if you are that far along😘😘
Don't those rollers cause breakage? Are they velcro or what. And don't those rubber bands cause breakage? Seems like if you do this every week or so it would do considerable damage after a while.
Thank you😘😘 everything is going well. I have a video of the progression on my channel under my Lifestyle playlist. Check it out when you get a chance. Empty house your will be next upload

Thank you 😘😘 I think I helps with breakage. I always use a ponytail holder instead of rubber bands so it doesn’t brake the haor
Good job!
Thank you 😘😘
That's a great technique!! The velcro rollers scare me😂 I always worry that my hair is going to get tangled🤣 Nice results😍
Yes that’s why I don’t use them often because of the tangles.. thank you 😘😘

Hey love! Do you recommend this technique for someone who have not had a relaxer in 5 months?

Yes they can which is why I barely use them. I used ponytail holders not rubber bands just for that reason😘😘

Do you always apply a moisturizing lotion after taking down your rollerset?
Not always but it helps with breakage 😘😘
