    Epic! Appreciated the steps and you making it okay to have heels up and work toward heels down. 54 and body getting a bit tight. This is just what I needed today!! Gratitude

    I really wish they discussed the issue with people that cant get their heel flat in more detail.
    Also, those of us who fall backward during these activities.
