These ideas will make you react and move quicker to beat your attacker's defence. It may not make you invincible but it will make your Bong Sau movement the best it can be.
In this video Sifu Mark Phillips uses the Wing Chun technique known as Bong Laap Sao to explain how to find the gaps in your attackers defence. Basically, how to create gaps using with Bong Sau, and how to take advantage of space your attacker creates in defending your attack.
The second half of the video also shows how to use effective Wing Chun to protect your lower space from rising attacks or upper cuts punches to your jaw or throat. This is vital if you are face with a boxing style combination in which one of the punches is uppercut to your jaw. We also cover some simple ideas on how not to be trapped in trapped in return by a Wing Chun fighter this relates to Gwor Sao or Chi Sao practice.

Love the sense of "feel" , since that can vary the response and actually allow real time adjustment or a switch to another style
